Not Good at Naming Things

I listen to both sides for a few reasons: 1) So I can better figure out where the truth is, 2) to avoid echo chambers, and 3) so I can criticize someone based on what they actually said (and meant) and not on what someone else said they said. Thus, you can't assume what I stand for based on what channels I watch or respond to. Don't assume I disagree with your main point if I question one part of your argument.

My goal is always to hear what people intend to communicate, rather than simply to react to the words they are using and what it would mean if *I* were to speak those words. I aim for productive discussion, not pwnage.

I will "favorite" videos for many different reasons, such as 1) I agree with the argument, or 2) The argument made is fair and intellectually honest, even if I question some facts or conclusions. Finally, if I ever speak disrespectfully (or even if you think I have), please call me out on it. I may or may not agree, but I will always listen.
