这里我想分享一则故事：
从前有个勤力的农民，他在农地耕种了超过10种蔬菜。10年后，由于土地养分越来越匮乏，结果他的收成越来越差。

他到处向人请教增加产量的方法。
1.有人教他改种别的蔬菜；
2.有人教他增加施肥的次数；
3.有人教他引入最新的犁地器材。
.
意见越多，他越烦恼。而且，这些意见都不太管用。
.
“为什么不用温室耕种法呢？既能控制耕种环境和土质，又能确保收成的质量。”从城里回来的妹夫这样一问，他才惊觉：“是啊！为什么我还要沿用传统的耕种法呢？”
.
于是，他的温室耕种法引来了很多城里人的关注。他后来除了售卖农作物，还开办了许多‘农场亲子一日游’活动，得到热烈欢迎。

有时候，不是说我们已经付出努力了，就要获得相等的回报。
你努力的方向有对吗？
这是你每天应该反问自己的问题。
只要努力在对的地方，你的成绩肯定会上去！

“Why have I worked hard for so long, but I have not achieved the results I want?” Has anyone ever thought of this? " I'm sure many had this in mind before...

Here I want to share a story:
Once upon a time there was a hardworking farmer who cultivated more than 10 kinds of vegetables in his farm. Ten years later, due to the soil condition worsening, his harvest is getting lesser.

He asked people everywhere how to increase his production.
1. Someone taught him to change other vegetables;
2. Someone taught him to increase the amount of fertilizer;
3. Someone was taught to use the latest technology.
.
The more opinion he received, the more troubled he becomes. Moreover, these opinions are not very useful.
.
“Why don’t you use greenhouse farming methods? You can control the farming environment and soil quality, and ensure the quality of the harvest,” suggested his brother-in-law. The farmer was shocked, “Yes! Why am I still using traditional farming method?"
.
The greenhouse farming method has attracted the attention of many people in the city. In addition to selling his harvest, the farmer also launched a number of activities for people to visit his greenhouse farm, and this increase his revenue!

Sometimes, it is not just because we have worked hard therefore we will get our return. “Am I working in the right direction?” This is the question you should ask yourself every day.

As long as you work hard in the right direction, you will definitely be successful!
