Thief To King

For many, with the new year comes many new beginnings, new endeavors, new resolutions. Start 2026 by looking to the Protoevangelium! This is the first proclamation of the Gospel coming from the book of Genesis! God promised to Adam and Eve an ultimate offspring that would right the wrongs, and crush the head of the serpent. This is Jesus Christ, the Savior! The One to come to rescue sinners through His righteous life, atoning death, triumphant resurrection, marvelous ascension, and future glorious return!

Cling to Christ as your refuge and strength this year. Lay your burdens down at His feet. Worship Him with fear and trembling. Delight in His Word! Hope in His Grace, Mercy, and Love! May 2026 be great year to ascribe glory to Christ and Christ alone!

“I will put enmity between you and the woman,
and between your offspring[a] and her offspring;
he shall bruise your head,
and you shall bruise his heel” (Genesis 3:16).

In the midst of chaos, corruption, suffering, and persecution, one thing is certain for the believer. We have HOPE in the Lord. He is our refuge and strength. The Lord is our FORTRESS.
