I'll help you attract more attention and earn more revenue.

The only reliable way to grow as a creator is through systematic observation, experimentation, and iteration. This podcast is your weekly guide to evidence-backed strategies you can test in your own business.

Each episode features candid conversations with creators like James Clear, Ali Abdaal, Tim Urban, and Codie Sanchez. We explore what's actually working for them: the experiments they're running, the data they're tracking, and the frameworks they use to grow their audience, build trust, and increase income.

Hosted by Signal Award-winner Jay Clouse, this is a show about the business of content—approached with curiosity, transparency, and a commitment to sustainable growth.

It's growth for creators, down to a science.

The rumors are true:

I'm launching a completely new offer on Black Friday.

The better my thumbnails, the more clicks I get.

The better my editing, the better my videos perform.

The better my videos perform, the more cold emails I get telling me my thumbnails and editing suck.

How cool is this??

Yesterday, I took over Times Square!

I was highlighted as part of a campaign from Circle. If you're not familiar, Circle is my favorite platform out there for online communities. When I speak to creators about their. needs in a community platform, I almost always recommend Circle.

My membership (The Lab) has been on Circle since 2022. Before that, I spent ~18 months leading the team at Smart Passive Income building out their Circle communities when the platform was still in private beta!

To say Circle has been transformative for my business would be an understatement. Since launch, my membership has generated nearly $1.5 million in revenue. And the wonderful thing about memberships is that – when done well – revenue *builds* over time. This year alone, the membership will contribute more than $500,000 to the bottom line.

So, I'm a Circle fanboy. And with yesterday's campaign highlighting some of their creators, it seems they may be fans of me too. 😂

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but I used to believe I wasn’t creative.

Today, I make my living from my creativity.

I feel so fortunate to have grown up in the 90s.

To see and come of age *alongside* the internet, not *with* today’s internet.

Millennials understand the past and think of the future differently than any other digital native generation.

No matter how 'big' my channel becomes, it's already helped me build relationships with so many people I respect and admire.

It's hard to believe the doors that uploading videos can open.

A couple of weeks ago, I asked for your questions for a Q&A episode. I got so MANY questions that I had to split the answers into *two* different podcast episodes.

These are audio-only! But part one (which features answers to questions from YOU) was published today.

Questions include:
• Would I ever sell Creator Science?
• Have there been times I wanted to quit? Why didn’t I?
• What should I do about my receding hairline – shave it, get hair plugs, try a toupee, or something else?
• What’s a “genius” business strategy I tried that ended up 10x’ing my stress (instead of my results)?
• What’s a mistake I took too long to make, or a change I delayed for too long?
• How am I trying to AI-proof my creator business for the next five years?
• Can I build a thriving community business without being the “guru” or relying on my own content?
• When does it make sense to start with a low-ticket offer instead of a high-ticket one?
• What unexpected twists have I faced in my creator journey?
• How are things different on social media now versus three years ago?

Email is still underrated.

Every Sunday, my emails are:

• Sent to ~54,000
• Opened by ~23,000 (43%)
• Unsubscribed by ~100 (0.19%)
• Read by people I respect and admire
• Sponsored by companies/people I believe in
• Resulting in thousands of $$ in purchases

Insane.
