Haldia Institute of Management is affiliated to Mulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (Formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology) and is situated at ICARE Complex, Haldia. The Institute has been set up by Indian Centre for Advancement of Research and Education, Haldia (ICARE). The institute was established in 2004 keeping in mind the growing need of health care managers and administrators. The Institute is running successfully over a decade and has been able to place students in numerous hospitals in west Bengal as well as in different parts of India.
