channel rules: there are none. as long as this channel stays completely unrecognized by the mainstream web, freedom of speech/expression will be guaranteed - you can say stuff ranging from normal to extremely stupid, senseless sh1†, but nonetheless it won't be taken down from the channel

channel moderators: none but considering the fact there aren't any rules i don't think we'll need any

just because i heart a comment does not really mean i agree with it. sometimes i heart all comments on a post when i feel like it
