Bit of an oddball, but how would you guys feel about a Doom Eternal Ultra-Nightmare stream this weekend? An already difficult game, on the hardest settings, and I'm not allowed to die ONCE, or else I start over.
Hello again. It turns out, editing very large streams and condensing them is hard. Who would've thought? At this point, I may have to outright scrap the video. At this point I'd rather make timestamps and chapters for the existing VODs. :(
BUT, at the very least, I do want to make two different highlight videos: one covering @mitcheltheuselesscommenter's road to beating Guest B, and one covering my absolute STRUGGLE to defeat the damn guy using speedhack. Both of these videos should clock in to be around 8 minutes.
What do you guys think? Additionally, I'll make a short that will mark the release of CPU Guest B to the public.
Hey guys. So, the Guest B CPU video is still being worked on. In fact, if I’m being honest, it’s still in the beginning phases of editing. Mainly because I’ve been focusing on other life stuff, and also because it’s hard for me to structure these particular VODs into a video.
See, if I were to edit this with a more “cinematic” style, akin to the permadeath video, while including every single fight, not only would I have to spend WAY more hours editing, but the video would end up being extremely lengthy, maybe even *too* lengthy for what it is trying to be.
Of course, I could make that particular style work if I opt for brief summaries describing Guest B’s win streaks, and then only make the matches where we win against him points of focus. But of course, not everyone from the streams would be fully included.
Alternatively, I could opt for a more “minimalistic” approach that keeps editing of the fights toned down, but will include nearly every one of them. Think of it as a condensed, convenient version of the VODs with chapters and timestamps. Of course, added in music is a given. The style is more akin to a stream highlights video.
I just now started work on a standalone video covering the events of the previous streams, where you guys fought Guest B. It's gonna take a while to complete, but stay tuned!
Yeah, so uh... no nunchuk boxing is absolutely asinine. I at least had fun playing Wii Sports netplay with y'all! That was a great stream. Special thanks to @JoshuaFromWiiSports and @hxchiwxre for the donos!
