Faith fam,
As we are approaching the end of the year, I want to do an update on this video. I posted this video just before a VERY pivotal point of my life (re-entering Corporate America after a 5+ year sabbatical). In the last year, my faith has been challenged. I’ve cried, drifted from God, came back to Him on fire 🔥, among other things. I want to give an update on how this board is CURRENTLY playing in my life almost 1.5 years later and if anything I’ve prayed for has been answered. Be on the lookout for an update. Check it out, if you have not. God may want to work in your life in a SIMILAR way.

For now, let’s talk moving forward with goals when you get bad news. This week I got some news that made me anxious but I am NOT allowing that to slow me down. I’m just tired of doing that. Finally putting the #healthcoach certification I’ve had for over a decade to use on MYSELF. I took the time to outline line goals for different parts of my life ANYway.
