Gift from Dad

Today on the day of Vaisakhi I decided to share one important update. Many of you are aware of my yoga journey . Yes, I am still a yoga teacher , therapist with many other qualifications added as I grew.

My father decided to leave earthly abode on 14 april 2013 and choose to now live in another plane.
Demystifying myths we have in our country that once they are gone, you cannot communicate with them and with a earnest desire to feel love of my dad once again as there wasn’t even a day in all these years when he was not missed and with support of Waheguru, our creator, spirit and my angelic team I am happy to announce I have been doing mediumship readings from last year and have had such an incredible insight of how spirit works, how our loved ones have never left us.


Life can be difficult for people , family members as we are often in a state of grief , today I decided to answer the call of spirit by offering a special offer on any kind of reading you wish to book via filpi a wellness.

A Warm welcome to everyone.

Today is the day when my father chooses to leave earthly abode. This day was one of the most difficult days of my life, until recently when I discovered that he has never left me. He is here with me, listening to my thoughts, guiding me through his words.

Being brought up in a family where Stress has contributed to life taking disorders. My mother has been going through Ulcerative Colitis for the last 25 years and my father went through brain haemorrhage, Paralysis.

While i was growing up, i thought Stress, Anger, Blood pressure, Diabetes are so common so i accepted all these .

Losing my father from Brain disorder and seeing my mother going through discomfort from the fluctuations of Ulcer made me research about these.

In 2019 , I started my spiritual journey with Ayurveda , Yoga and this journey is still on with many qualifications, certifications added. When I was studying to be a Yoga therapist, I realised the onset of every disease is Stress.

During these years of self introspection, I delved deep into my own personality as after learning about my family ancestral history I realised unconsciously I too was entrapped in Stress, fear and Anger.

As I became a full time student and part time reader and healer , I too faced burnout symptoms, Anger , rage. It was difficult to be active on social media and also to study and work at the same time. Trust me I have seen it all.

Deciding to break free from the lineage of Ancestral trauma which our parents unconsciously passed on to us and taking incharge of our lives by working on our diet, lifestyle and many more habits.

This world can see me as someone who is too active on social media, always smiling and giving motivational content but I too have to go through the dark side of life before to present all this wisdom before all of you.

With my own healing journey and my aim to contribute to humanity in whatever way I can, I have decided to start these monthly classes.

Today I plan to start a free healing class for anyone who is going through stress or who wants to take the first step in their healing or spiritual journey.

I just want to say to all that you are never alone, we all are here. You just need to take the first step.

Try to keep your thoughts in alignment to what exactly you want in your life. If our thoughts are positive you will clearly see your manifestations soon turning into reality. So watch what you think.
In a nutshell, just by tuning into the frequency of your thoughts, you align yourself to your highest reality and manifest what you really want in your life. Trust the process and don't forget the power of gratitude.
