YouTube has made an announcement that starting February 1st 2026, The monetization requirements will go from 1K subs and 4000 watch hours in 365 days and 10 mil shorts views in 90 days to 8000 watch hours in 365 and 20 mil shorts views in 90 days. You all have no idea how long and how hard it was to get to 4000 watch hours. Especially at the beginning of last year especially I was in Japan. I was literally working my ass off for so long and was one of the hardest accomplishments I’ve ever achieved. Now it’s 8000. How the hell are the new analog horror creators going to make money with this new update with YouTube’s requirements and new rules laws and updates going through the roof???
I’m leaving this to the audience What videos do you want me to post more of the analog horror stuff rather than the TV Archives. I feel like my channel is over and if my views plummet to virtually 0 then I will have to leave the channel. I will post more analog horror and I will still make the MBS Television Archives but the channel will be mainly analog horror.
