I've taken down my Warfare video, because while I'm proud of my technical breakdown I find my moral argument to be too harsh and lacking an ability to meet the film where it stands. I write my reviews practically as soon as I finish the movie in order to capitalize on a week to week audience, so I don't give myself enough time to actually sit and digest a film before spouting out an opinion. That's something I have to work on, I can't afford to sacrifice truth for viewership. I appreciate all the comments on the video, both positive and negative, which helped me clarify my opinion! For now I'll take an L tho, and although they say two Ls make a W I hope to not make another L again
So if you haven't noticed over the last couple of videos, I've changed the format of my film reviews by quite a bit (No Camera). This is because while out and about trying to shoot something, all of my equipment was stolen from my car (Camera, Microphones, Laptop, etc.). Since then, I've basically just bought a quick replacement microphone from Best Buy and did audio-only videos with clips mashed in. I always think of these moments as a signal to try new things, so I'll be shifting toward doing this style for a while. It could lead me to get videos done faster, which is great since I've picked up a job and don't have as much time as I used to. But it does mean no drink of the video, and no seeing my beautiful face ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‚. Hope Y'all understand, and I'll get back to you with a video soon!
