some days before I was going through alot and share how I trying to going through it,now i know that sometimes we have to let go some things and when we do we see new things with new perspective, embrace everything which we have and embrace universe.
There is a saying in spanish "VIVA LA VIDA" means long live life,but I want to say live your life as happily as you can,enjoy the moment and embrace it.

Going through an emotional distress, feeling numb and deep emotional pain,don't know whom to reach out,how to go through this and how to release it,all i know is that i want to go through on my own, tried many things to release it but nothing works,but i am trying to continue to live and find a way to go out from this emotional turmoil,i know there are alot of people who are going through something in there life which they can't share or maybe there are no one who can listen or understand them,but believe me you are not alone,I am rooting for you,you will going to make it.
