‼️ We are coming up to the end of the year, so I just wanted to share some positive, reflective thoughts ✨

Typically, we use this time to think about what we want to do or achieve in the next year.

And to be honest, that’s what I aaaaalwayssssss did: 
What do I want to achieve in the new year? 
What are my goals and New Year’s resolutions?

But this year, I am playing by a new set of rules. 

This year, I want to use the last week and a bit of the year to simply celebrate myself and give thanks for life 🤍✨

🌿 No looking forward, but smiling at what is NOW

🌸 So I invite you guys too to take some of the focus away from planning and organising the future to enjoying the present and your journey to today!



🌟Let’s shower ourselves with love and kindness

💕 Let’s celebrate and not criticise ourselves during this holiday period 

✨Let’s try to do less, not more, as the year comes to a close 

🌙Let’s share three things we are happy about this year



1. I am grateful for the new attitude I’ve developed about celebrating myself. I have been very kind to myself over the last couple of months, and it feels wonderful 💖 Life feels more simple, less complicated, and more enjoyable.


2. I am equally grateful for the kind people who have entered my life and crossed my path 🤍 
They have brought interesting conversations and open hearts. I learned about their culture, background, attitude, and way of life, and it’s helped me to see the world through new eyes 🌍✨

3. I am soooo happy that this year I committed to dance classes 💃🏿 I lovvvvveeee dancing, and it was always so rewarding to come to class and shake my behind! I love the women I’ve met and the connections I’ve made. Coming to class gives me so much joy because I just feel light and playful ✨🩷

⛔️⚠️I always see electrolytes as SUCH A SCAM! ‼️

Do people know what electrolytes are?
Why do they think they need them?
Because of influencers, online ads and social media? And do they know that what they’re seeking is already abundantly available in plant foods?

A lack of knowledge and research makes us prey to a multi-million-dollar industry that seeks to take our money, our health, and our power! 👎🏿⛔️🙅🏿‍♀️🚫

I went to the pharmacy the other day to collect some meds for my dad, who had issues with diarrhoea.

The pharmacist suggested I buy electrolytes for him too and I said:
“Well, he could just have some coconut water, water with a dash of salt, a banana, or any other fruit.”

They responded: “Well, these electrolytes have been specifically formulated to contain the right amount of electrolytes that he needs.”

They meant well, for sure, but this kind of information is what confuses and disempowers the public.


🌱Mother Nature did that already.

🌍 Mother Nature did the work so we don’t have to.

🌴Why can’t we just sit back and appreciate her creation? Eat the fruit, enjoy the plants, and get on with healthy living?

Here’s the simple summary so that you will never be deceived again by the electrolyte scam!

Electrolytes are simply charged minerals.

They dissolve in water, so they carry a positive charge.

The major electrolytes are: potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium, and phosphorus.

And because we are electrical beings, we need these positively charged minerals to:
• keep fluid balance
• contract muscles
• transmit nerve signals
• maintain heart rhythm

But here is where the trickery begins.

Raw food is already PACKED (OVERFLOWING!!!!!!) with electrolytes (minerals in water!).

Plants are nutrient-dense and already loaded with structured water as well!

Some common examples:
• Bananas, raw plantain → potassium
• Coconut water → a complete natural electrolyte drink
• Leafy greens, nuts & seeds → magnesium, phosphorus, calcium
• Watermelon, melon & pineapple → potassium + deep hydration
• Sprouts → potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus
• Carrots & sweet potatoes → potassium, magnesium

And all plants contain sodium!

Your body absorbs these way better than any powdered replacement because they come Mother-Nature-packaged to divine perfection with water, fibre, and enzymes.

They’re fast-digesting and LIGHT 🌟 on your system, meaning you’ll feel satiated and energised after eating any raw meal!

And the healthy benefits go wayyyyy beyond what I just said above, as y’all have already experienced!!!

You’ll notice that as you continue thriving on your health journey, the marketing doesn’t impact you because true health and alignment can’t be purchased.

The gateway is called SURRENDER and ACCEPTANCE.

This week, let’s trust that Mother Nature has done the work (so we don’t have to) and the Divine is always working in our favour. ❤️😻❤️

The Raw Food Glow

‼️ In the past couple of months, I’ve been called to detach more and more from my devices, technology, and social media ‼️

I didn’t post many reels last week because I’ve been exploring what it feels like to truly reduce my screen time.

I started switching my phone off at night and leaving it downstairs. The next morning, I wouldn’t turn it on until after my full morning routine… and some days, not until after my midday workout. 🤸🏿‍♀️

Last Sunday, my phone was off the entire day. 📵

This shift actually began long before that, in small, intentional ways:

1. I stopped eating while listening to podcasts or videos. If anyone plays something during a meal, I simply move to a quiet space. I want my meals to be silent, present, and sacred.

2. I stopped using wireless headphones. I realised I was cutting myself off from the world — always consuming, never present. Now, when I walk or train, I’m here, not somewhere else in my head.

3. I stopped using my phone on Sundays. A true day of rest. No distractions, no consumer noise, no mental clutter.

4. I blocked access to most apps after 8pm. Evenings are for peace, softness, and preparing my spirit for the next day. (Except dance days when I film my routine!)


Implementing these boundaries has been challenging — but I am absolutely committed to making them permanent. 💪🏿

I share this because I feel so much LIBERATION, DISCIPLINE & LIGHTNESS from it.

I honestly couldn’t care less about the latest gossip, memes, trends or ads.

There’s no reel, video, or product more important than my focus and my peace.

My attention belongs to me — it is not for sale.

I don’t care about escaping my reality.

I want to face everything inside and outside of me with awareness, strength, and courage.

AND GUESS WHAT: I have been attracting people who either don't use social media at all or barely use their phone becaue they're life is so full without it!! 

It's wonderful how alignment steps into your life and leads the way!!! These new friends are my inspiration to keep going and I respect them so much!

I know not everyone feels called in this direction, and that’s completely fine.

But I’m curious…

Morning fine friends. I wish you all the most wonderful start to this final week of the 11th month! ✨

I wanted to share some new habits that I’ve been doing to keep my body oiled up, my mind in the right place, and the door to abundance wide open. 🌿💫

I’ve been getting wonderful results with these both in terms of feeling aligned and better in my body, and also manifesting what I want and being a CONSCIOUS CREATOR OF MY REALITY! 🌟

HERE THEY ARE....!

1. Squatting while the kettle is boiling 🔥

This has been really great for my knee stretching and for opening up my lower body. 
It helps to oil up my legs and keep them strong. All it takes is about 90 seconds, and it feels like a reset for my entire energy.

I use the kettle up to 5 times a day for myself or other members of the family. It goes to show that a little goes a long way.


2. Mirror talk 🌸

I read my positive life statement to myself in the mirror 5 times a day — at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm and 9pm. It includes the vision of my life, the state of my health, my finances, my soulmate relationship, my life purpose, my sense of abundance, and a little bit more.

Sometimes during the day, I might feel low energy. But as soon as I read my positive life statement to myself in the mirror, I’m back up to a high vibration again. 

This practice has helped manifest unexpected payments, new acting work, and modelling gigs with great personalities in the last 2 weeks. Honestly, it's been connection, connection and more beautiful connections!!

And I’d like to stress that I didn’t go looking for these opportunities — they came looking for me. :)


3. Embodiment of my optimistic self ☀️

I focus on what I am thankful for and what I am calling in. There’s no room for doubt or worry when I embody optimism. It’s total trust. It’s pure excitement. And it’s the fullest version of faith I can feel.

It’s similar to the mirror talk in terms of creating manifestations, but this embodiment practice allows me to feel good now, to really be present and enjoy the moment. Because, at the end of the day, life is only happening now.

I have flow, I have joy. ✨

Not always consistently, but it gets easier and easier to create flow and joy the more I commit to these wonderful practices.

The Raw Food Glow

Movement is extremely important for us as living beings on this earth, and especially movement in nature. ✊🏿

It could be running, walking, swimming, biking, hiking, gardening, dancing — you name it. And best of all, there’s no incorrect way to move YOUR body.

All movement is healthy movement!

And guess what!? Moving your beautiful body won’t cost you a naira, a dime, a penny, a rupee or lira! ‼️

It takes only 30 minutes a day to honour your body.

That’s 30 minutes of intense activity that challenges and strengthens your muscles and your mind.

That’s just 3.5h a week!

And this should be challenging, because if we don’t use it, we lose it.

The average person spends hours on social media every day, well over 3.5h in a day!!

Imagine taking just half an hour from that block of time and dedicating it to looking after your wonderful temple.

Imagine how abundant and confident you get to feel. ✨🌿


The Divine helps those who help themselves. Honour your body and see how the Universe will pour more into your cup.

May abundance, grace and deep belly laughter find y’all this week!

The Raw Food Glow

When we look around us, what we see is the product of our choices.

Many of these choices are CONSCIOUS ones e.g. where we live, our jobs, our partners, the names of our children etc.

But most of the time, what we see is a direct result of UNCONSCIOUS choices e.g. scrolling, snacking, complaining, beliefs we absorbed from childhood, environments we stay in that we've outgrown, etc.

As a raw vegan, the food we eat helps us to BECOME CONSCIOUS and TUNE IN with what is going on inside and around us.

Every time we eat living foods, we open our eyes and heart to how the food makes us feel and what the foods are doing to our bodies too. We ask ourselves:

1. Can I eat this?
2. Would that make me feel good?
3. How much energy would that give me?
4. Do I actually want to have this?
5. What would be best for my body and my mood?

These are OUTSTANDING questions to ask ourselves on the raw vegan lifestyle because it means: 
We get to be aware. 
We get to be conscious. 
We make CONSCIOUS CHOICES for our health and joy.

And this is how you start building a life that you love: by being aware and making conscious decisions.

When you make CONSCIOUS CHOICES about your food, it's sooo much easier to make CONSCIOUS CHOICES in other areas of life (work, relationships, hobbies, money, etc.) because you already know what to ask yourself and how to tune in to what you are feeling.

So this week, I encourage you to use your CONSCIOUSNESS to investigate another area of your life. Are you truly happy? Are you truly satisfied?

It could be your career, your fitness, your relationships, your finances, your leisure time activities or anything else you can think of.

Ask yourself:
Is that what I want?
Is this how I want to be spending my time?
Does this give me energy or take it away?
What would be better for me to do instead?

Because remember, in this lifetime you deserve to feel good. 
You deserve to have fun. 
You deserve the life of your dreams and the health of your dreams too.

The Raw Food Glow

I stopped throwing away my juice pulp a couple of months ago when I realised it still holds so much life force energy and goodness!

Juice pulp is RICH RICH RICH in fibre, minerals and other phytonutrients 🥕💚

My go to is something with carrot pulp with contains carotenoids (good for your skin, eyes and immune system) or beet pulp which contains betalains and nitrates (SOOOOO good for your blood health and flow)!!!

But you also get 
1. flavonoids coming from apples and citrus fruit pulp which helps to reduce inflammation. 
2. chlorophyll coming from our dark, leafy greens. It's alkalising and helps to cleanse the blood.

Just know that whenever you repurpose your juice pulp, you are WINNNING at life! 🤣

And because it's fibre RICH RICH RICH (we love wealth over here), a meal like anyone of those in the photos is always very filling!

All you need to do is season up the pulp, and voilà… a brand new meal is born! 

The magic of raw, living foods never fails to blow me awayyy! ✨

The "I Truly Love Myself" 7 Day Challenge. Who is joining? 💕

Self-love is something that a lot of people don't get enough of for many different reasons including:

1. Not growing up in a loving environment
2. Not being nurtured or protected when we needed it
3. Not being exposed to healthy examples of self-love and self-worth.


But that is all about to change 🙌🏿

Today I want to invite you to join me on this 7 day "I Truly Love Myself" challenge.

It's simple, free and easy to do.

So, what are we doing then?

We set a reminder on our phones to go off 5 times in a day. I recommend at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm and 9pm, but adjust to suit your specific schedule

*My alarms have been set in the photos below*

When the reminder goes off, we get up, go to the mirror

- AND THIS COULD BE ANY MIRROR AT WORK, AT HOME, IN A PUBLIC SPACE -

look ourselves in the eye and say:

✨I love you [your name]. I love everything about you. I cherish you. I am rooting for you and I celebrate you. You are worthy, you deserve the very best and I am attracting the very best for you. I love you [your name], you are an extraordinary and aligned being and I will always love you. ✨

And we repeat it 2 more times.

It will take you no more than 90 secs. And in those 90 secs, we are changing the story, opening up our hearts to love and nourishing the mind, body and spirit with Godly love. We get to elevate to the vibration of love!

I think most of the time, we know:
1. what to do to be healthy
2. how to fuel our bodies in the right way
3. and how to resist temptation.

🗣️What often holds us back from doing what is best is our NEGATIVE MENTAL CHATTER! 🗣️

"Why bother, it won't make much of a difference."
"I'll start tomorrow."
"I'm too old to do that."

These words, create the base of our personality and our perspective. When repeated over and over, they become our 

‼️IDENTIY‼️

Today, I encourage you to catch these words and flip the switch as soon as you can.


Instead of some of the destructive and unhelpful statements above, try these:

"I love to nourish my body with love and good health."
"I am the kind of person who leads a healthy, active life."
"It feels great to be in my body."
"I celebrate myself for my commitment to my health."
"Well done to me for putting in the work."
