Yesterday I celebrated by 3️⃣1️⃣ st birthdayyyyy!!!
It feels good to step into this new year with awe, excitement and lightness. 🙌🏿
I am centering each day around gratitude, slowness, following my intuition and the discipline to do what is aligned for ME! ✨
From the evening of Feb 26th at 8:30pm to March 1st at 3pm I was fasting.
24hours juice fast then 40 hours water fast. 💦
I got a couple of downloads that will help guide me forward in the next month.
However, the main was that discipline is essential to build and create anything aligned.
But not the kind of discipline that everyone needs to see.
Not performative discipline that involves keeping up with and sharing trends for glory or applause.
‼️ But the quiet, encouraging nudge coming from within that holds us to a greater standard, from a place of love not pressure or judgement irrespective of what others are saying or doing‼️
Because in order to thrive and glow and shine in our light, we need to show up for ourselves in a way that is aligned SPECIFICALLY FOR US because no two roads are ever the same.
Anyways, here's to another year around the glorious Sun who never falls to nourish and heal from the first day to the last and beyond.
Here's to another 12 cycles of the moon, allowing harmony, alignment and balance.
No clue what exactly is in store over the next 365 days, but I expect it to be full of: goodness

26 months ago I stopped eating cooked and processed foods!
I only eat raw plants: fruits, veg, nuts, and seeds. 🌱🥑🍒🥜
I don’t drink alcohol either. Homemade juices, water, and tea, with the occasional oat flat white!
💯 The best decision of my life. 💯
Here are 10 lessons I learned from 26 months of raw veganism ⤵️
1️⃣ All nutrients —> protein, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients come from the EARTH & the SUN. When we eat plants in their natural form, we’ll never be deficient.
That’s just propaganda to get us to buy more of what misinformation/not doing our research tells us we need.
2️⃣ Protein powders, shakes, bars etc are a scam.
What are all the strongest animals in the world eating? 100% plants. 🐘🦍🐄🦒🦌🐒🦏🐐🐎🦓🦘🐂🐪🦧🐃
Ask yourself, are you scared of being protein deficient?
3️⃣ Health is free.
Talking to people, sunshine, walking, running, whining on someone’s son, handstand/headstand practice, yoga, kindness, water, sleep, laughter, a nap, time in nature, avoiding gossip, choosing yourself, saying yes, saying thank you, counting your blessings, looking at the birds.
Total cost: £0!
4️⃣ The violence we see in the world (greed, war, oppression, injustice, systemic corruption) mirrors the violence we allow towards animals in factory farms.
Compassion starts on our plates, with the energy that we feed our bodies!
5️⃣ Life goes on. This too shall pass. The sun will set & rise another day. The Earth will continue to spin. And all things will set and rise again. Let it all go!
6️⃣ Mother Nature is everything.
7️⃣ When we fuel ourselves in the right way, what follows is peace, health, alignment, easy manifesting, connection, and inner harmony!
8️⃣ Some people are addicted to staying the same. That’s okay 👌🏿
Focus on your plate, your health, your flourishment, your healing, your enjoyment and all shall be well!
9️⃣ You don’t need deodorant. I stopped wearing deodorant in 2024. Eating clean, water-rich plants makes you smell fresh (and taste even sweeter 😋😜)

My fitness goals for 2026:
1. Commit to double dance classes every Monday all year long (Afrobeats and Dancehall) for 2.5hrs 💃🏿
2. Maintain a 4 pack from Feb to December 🍫
3. Express my energy through colourful workout gear 😜🎆🎇🩱🩳🩲👗
4. Keep my eyes on my own health journey and no one else’s! 👀
5. Learn crow pose into handstand into straddle twerk (because why the hell not)! 🤸🏿♂️

Last week was a busy one:
1. lots of travel 🚆
2. two new cities 🏙️
3. several performances 🎭
4. hotel living 🏨
5. and long hours overall ⏳
so I decided to eat mostly fruit! And that’s the beauty of fruit: nothing to prepare, nothing to season.
Just peel, wash, and enjoy. I ate until I was full, and that was it. Totally intuitive!✨
My fasting window wasn’t as strict as usual, and that was the right choice for me all week long.
However, I didn’t eat past 7pm, except when the cast and crew went out for dinner on Thursday night 🍽️🤍
And I still managed to hit the gym 4 times, plus 2.5 hours of dance classes on Monday 💪🏿 💃🏿 fuelled by 90% fruit!
The week was a reminder that life works best when we adapt with grace, lightness, and flexibility 🌱
Honestly, I had the besssssst week of work with the most amazing creatives ✨ And more beautiful experiences are landing as we speak!
My raw lifestyle supported me every step of the way because I stayed flexible and celebrated the moments whens I was able to adapt and detach from the old way of doing things.
This helped me stay on track with ease! 🤍
This week, I’ll be sticking to a higher-than-usual fruit intake (around 80% fruit) because I felt so wonderful last week and I loved the simplicity and convenience of eating this way 🍌🥭✨
Who else is loving fruit more and more this month? 🍍
Honestly raw veganism is the gift that keeps on giving!

Morning y’all! ☀️✨
I was meditating this morning and it really set me up to feel good. I feel wonderful. I feel healthy. I feel active, and we haven’t even reached 6am yet! 🙌🏿💛
So this morning, I wanted to remind you to prioritise feeling good and your joy 🌸
When we are joyful, we are expansive - our hands are open 🤲🏿 and we can truly celebrate life in all its forms 🌍
Without joy, we become contracted, pessimistic, and opportunities pass us by. Not because they don’t come… but because we’re not open to them 🚪
So I ask you:
✨ How can you create joy first thing in the morning?
✨ What practices help you welcome feeling good?
✨ What might you need to remove or stop doing that interferes with your joy in the mornings?
Joy givers look like: meditating, affirmations, prayer, listening to uplifting music, gratitude, going for a morning walk.
What else can you think of?
I talk about joy a lot because it is a high vibration 🌈 and it represents a higher level of consciousness.
If we want to improve the world, our circle, and our own lives, we do it from this elevated state.
That’s where the real magic happens ✨💫
