🩺 **BMI (Body Mass Index)** एक आसान तरीका है जिससे पता चलता है कि आपका वजन आपकी ऊँचाई के अनुसार सामान्य है, कम है या अधिक।

📌 **BMI Formula:**
BMI = Weight (kg) ÷ Height² (m²)

✅ उदाहरण:
Weight = 60 kg
Height = 1.65 m

BMI = 60 ÷ (1.65 × 1.65) = 22.04

👉 BMI = **22.04 kg/m²** (Normal Weight)

📏 **Height को Meter में बदलें:**
150 cm = 1.50 m
160 cm = 1.60 m
170 cm = 1.70 m
180 cm = 1.80 m

📋 **WHO BMI Classification**

🔹 < 18.5 = Underweight
🔹 18.5 – 24.9 = Normal Weight
🔹 25 – 29.9 = Overweight
🔹 30 – 34.9 = Obesity Class I
🔹 35 – 39.9 = Obesity Class II
🔹 ≥ 40 = Obesity Class III
