Wow! I was NOT aware that these existed! This is a Tascam 388 Reel to Reel 8 Track deck, very cool! I m sure there are other X88 units. I own the Tascam 688 which is a 8Track cassette tape recording deck.
One of these days I will dig it out and we will talk about it. Enjoy!
