My channel focuses on coping mechanisms with mental health diagnoses specifically depression and anxiety. By vlogging about my life and showing how I cope with depression and anxiety, it is my hope that viewers can relate to and mimic some of the coping skills in their daily lives. This channel does not diagnosis and/or treat mental health disorders. This channel is by no means a substitute for a mental health professional and those needing professional mental health services should seek them out. Always consult a mental health professional before beginning any treatment for a confirmed or unconfirmed mental health.

Project 2025 will be detrimental to the Black more than any other anti-Black initiative and those Blacks promoting are blind to that fact that they will not be protected as they believe they will be. The end to civil rights has been worked on with every Republican administration and why it’s not talked about is mind blowing. Wake up people, our rights will surely end in the next coming decades if we continue to support the Republican Party who will continue to uphold The Heritage Foundation and their beliefs and agendas.

Last night, 3/9/23, I had to make the tough decision to allow my Henry to rest and not be selfish in continuing his suffering. These last two months have been a mixture of highs and lows while I battle depression and anxiety. He helped me through it and I had to do the same for him. Essentially he bled out slowly over the past 2 months and I never realized it, even after 2 vet appointments. Love on your fur babies because although their life is so short, an undiscovered illness can take them away from you. RIP my beautiful boy, my son Henry James Macklin. I will always love you. ❤️🙏🏾🕊️🕊️🕊️
