Mix
Layer onto kobz pita bread
Slice up a large pickle place them
Handful baby spinach
Drizzle balsamic
Wrap tight
Fridge

Often mistaken as a long fin pike (common pike) these are actually short fin sea aka SNOOK! they are amazing to eat and we feature them in an upcoming catch and cook vid! We haven’t posted videos much in 2023 but let’s try get back on track! We caught this fish tonight! Beautiful colours! You ever tried snook?

To all our friends around the world please note YouFishTV is based in a Melbourne Australia therefore we have been in hard lockdown since July and will remain so until at least October/November. We are not allowed to fish or film and cannot make new content legally nor can we leave our district to do so. Like many business in the rec sector this has smashed our channel, we’ve gone from thriving and growing to limping along at about 10% of our normal views. Effectively we have filmed 3 shows since February. You’re support and love is needed more than ever and as we move to create recycled older content. Please be understanding as that’s all we can do. We have also engaged other content creators to help film for us out of our zone. We have sent our Cameras off to new homes! Looking forward to seeing new footage soon!! Cheers Winga

I’ve caught seriously mega tuna all over the world. In 3 oceans and 4 countries! Ive released giant swords and landed mega reds, kingfish and giant mulloway. Even a big marlin solo. But this, no this is IT. To catch this from my home boat ramp is just unfathomable. Never could I imagine this would happen in my life! Coming out in 4K this week! Feels incredible.
