Mom, 90, and me, 63, at my sister’s cottage in Tateshina.

It’s hard to believe that just six years ago, after injuring her back, my mom spent around three months in a wheelchair.

Since my dad passed away three years ago, she has been living on her own, gradually regaining her health and strength.

Seeing her reminds me how much our bodies are capable of, at any age.

My hope is simply to support her, together with my sisters, so she can continue living the life she loves. 💛

Wouldn't it be nice if we could say out loud,
"Age is just a number"?

What do you think? 😊

At 63, I have MORE energy than I did at 45.

And no, it's not because of genetics, supplements, or the perfect routine.

For years, 5 things were quietly draining my energy — and some of them were things I thought were actually helping me.

I wonder... what might that be for you?

I walk through all 5 in my latest video, and what I started doing differently so my energy kept growing instead of shrinking. 👇

Do you feel like you have less energy now than you did 10–20 years ago? I’m curious…

Tomorrow, I’m sharing something very personal about my own experience with this.

You got a full night's sleep. But you woke up feeling just as heavy as when you went to bed.

So you tried resting more: a quiet weekend, an early night, or even a full day off.
And still, that deep tiredness didn't go away.

I worked with a woman in her early 50s who felt exactly this way.
She told me, "My sleep is fine." She was getting enough hours, but still waking up exhausted.

When we were younger, rest and recovery often happened together automatically.
But after 40, especially through perimenopause and menopause, that connection can change.

Which sounds most like you? Drop your emoji in the comments! 👇

🔴 I wake up tired almost every day

🟡 It happens a few times a week

🟢 Only occasionally

💬 I honestly thought it was just me

If this sounds familiar, I made a new video explaining why rest stops working the same way after 40, and sharing one simple practice to help your body shift back toward recovery.

I started taking Jazz Dance lessons after I turned 60.
It was something I had always wanted to try when I was younger.

Then somehow… time passed so quickly and I forgot about it.

One day, I saw a poster of a woman extending her arms so elegantly.
Something in me moved.

I won't say it's easy 😊 My body had already become stiff and tight. Stretching my legs, moving in new ways, sweating so much…😂

But what helped me finally take a small part in a dance event wasn't flexibility.
It was energy.

That’s one of the things I wanted to share in my new video, because I think energy changes what feels possible at any age. 💛 https://youtu.be/ZL6k9dS0kJ0

Do you ever feel completely done by 5 PM… but your mind still won’t stop?
Many women in perimenopause and menopause tell me this is the exact time of day they suddenly crash… yet still can’t fully relax.

If that sounds like your evenings right now, there's something specific happening in your body during perimenopause and menopause that makes it worse at exactly that time of day.🕔

I just shared a new video explaining why this happens… and a simple 2-minute practice to help your body unwind naturally.

Watch it here: https://youtu.be/UcTZFwBnnb8

I’m curious… does this happen to you too?
