Welcome to Notary Signing Agent Tips where you will learn about the tricks and tips I have learned since I got my Notary Public certification and made the decision to become a full time loan signing agent or mobile notary. This business has been a blessing and has afforded me the ability to be self employed. Being a Loan Signing Agent is a great side hustle or full time business for anyone who is tired of their day job and wants to have the freedom to work on their own schedule and be their own boss.
On this channel, I will talk about how to become a loan signing agent and what are some other ways Notary Public can make money and share my experience being a notary public and signing agent.
This channel is not a replacement for signing agent training. I do not propose to teach anything but share my journey and what I have learned along the way.

If you are still nervous about your signings, it is because of the lack of familiarity with the documents because fear is the lack of familiarity. I recommend listening to this video in the background over and over as you go about your day. Even if you are not actively watching/listening, your subconscious mind will still absorb the knowledge and as you get more comfortable with the documents, you will feel more confident about your signing. Here is a hack for those of you who starting out that are struggling with finding or affording a double tray printer, you have the option to buy the single tray printer and then buy an add on tray when you are ready. This also ends up being a lot cheaper than the double tray printers which are crazy pricey and hard to find right now. Here is my single tray printer that I have in my car. amzn.to/3Iq3jLb
