I raised a complaint with CenturyPly (Ticket No. CS-2508230013117). Their team inspected and even after video tests confirmed further delamination, they didn’t take the material back yet.
This has delayed my house-warming, caused financial loss, labour wastage, and emotional stress. I am pursuing this legally and through the National Consumer Helpline.
I’m sharing this only to create awareness for other consumers — always check material quality before use, insist on timely GST invoices, and keep all evidence (photos, complaint tickets, bills) for your safety.
