We were asked in the comments to tell a little more about the system. It really is a simple system, but very different to popular journals and planners.

Emi keeps the template itself as a very low cost digital product but doesn’t want to gate keep the ideas behind the system as they’re extremely passionate for the most people to try it out and potentially improve their lives. So they added more info below for anyone who can’t buy it or wants more info first. They’re also working on a book / notebook version of it for a little later on.

The reason it works so well for us and we believe it’ll be useful for others to improve clarity and productivity is because this system:

1. Encapsulates medium term and daily tasks (long enough to consider all urgent tasks, short enough for daily focus).
2. Reminds and helps reason priorities and values (things that are more often doubted in and distracted from for neurodivergent people).
3. Enforces 0 specific timing (max freedom, emphasis on choosing what to do at a given moment only by priority or passion).
4. Uses multiple check marks per longer and harder tasks (heightens reward per meaningful micro milestones, crucial for dopamine disorders such as ADHD).

The template is a digital file that helps structure these ideas and guide you in making the most out of your chaos.
