Our international buyer was looking for a property to enjoy family vacations in, with the added benefit of renting it out or using Airbnb when not in use. What made this community truly special is the flexibility it offers, there are no strict time restrictions on how long they can stay.

Another happy closing!🎉 We listed this property in Davenport, FL, and in just 10 days, it was under contract. The icing on the cake? We were able to find and represent the buyer as well!

Here we go folks! Sellers are rushing to get their homes on the market before the market shifts due to the slow down of buyer demand. I expect this trend to continue on into the for seeable future!

It’s not looking too good for new home builders!
New home sales fell 16.6% since last month according to the US census bureau!
This will be very interesting to keep an eye on as I believe the higher mortgage rates & purchase prices are keeping a lot of people on the sidelines.
What are your thoughts?
