Kiwi Sorbet
With just two or three ingredients, this sorbet couldn’t be simpler. It lets the delicious natural flavor of kiwis speak for itself and is an incredibly refreshing snack. Green kiwis or gold kiwis both work equally well in this recipe, or you can use a mix of both. Green kiwis are more tangy, whereas gold kiwis have a smoother sweetness.

Cantaloupes aren’t normally extra juicy, soft, and sweet. They have a texture that requires sinking your teeth into.
Cantaloupes that are orange almost match the flesh of salmon. While of course a cantaloupe is not a salmon, cantaloupes contain micro traces of omega-3. These micro traces of omega-3 in cantaloupe are closer to the rind. They’re not respected at all by science and research because the omega-3 is not in great quantity when measured, so the value is disregarded. The truth is, the micro traces of omega-3 in cantaloupe are superior. When food science and research catch up in the next 50 years, they’re going to discover that these micro traces of omega-3 are interwoven with traces of glucose along with traces of zinc, selenium, and calcium. Because of this intertwined nature, the omega-3 bypasses the liver’s need to produce bile to break down that omega-3. Cantaloupe’s omega-3 is able to travel without the full need for the body to have to digest it, meaning the omega-3 can enter the bloodstream rapidly, starting from stomach, duodenum, and top of the small intestinal tract, and traveling through the bloodstream without having to enter the liver.
This melon’s orange flesh also harbors antioxidants, bioflavonoids, beta-carotenes, and a host of easily assimilable soft minerals. The juice of the cantaloupe travels rapidly throughout the bloodstream and the body’s organs, almost instantly making it to the brain upon consumption.
Cantaloupe easily digests when consumed. Like other melons, consuming cantaloupe by itself on an empty stomach, or enough hours away from other food, is best for digestion. While of course cantaloupe can be eaten with other foods and other fruits, it is a fruit that is best eaten alone.
Cantaloupe acts as a natural laxative. It has the ability to push fecal matter through the small intestinal tract and the colon, so it acts similar to a papaya, where it can have a pushing effect. Cantaloupe helps to purify the bloodstream of toxins and blood poisons that build up over time, especially if someone runs casually dehydrated at times.

Plum trees have a tap root that digs deep into the earth and seeks out minerals, even if clays are present down deep in the soil. The plum tree’s taproot looks for depths, specifically for minerals that are not common in surface soils. A young plum tree’s taproot hasn’t reached great depth into the earth, yet still a young plum tree can bring up a wide variety of trace and macrominerals.
Plums are an astringent stone fruit that are highly cleansing on the body. The astringency of a plum, even at its sweetest, acts as a washing base for the inside of the intestinal tract and colon. It helps to flush out poisons and toxins, allowing the liver to take in more nutrients instead of more toxins.
When plums enter the intestinal tract, the skin of the plum grabs onto pockets of toxins and unproductive bacteria. A plum skin acts as a magnet, where bad bacteria cling to it and stay on it until its eliminated out of the intestinal tract. This magnetic law of the plum skin has no bearing on good bacteria, because good bacteria ride on a different charge. They don’t attract to a plum skin. Instead, good gut bacteria feed off of the fiber and the pulp and nutrients inside the plum’s flesh, making plums a powerful prebiotic.
The plum skin cleanses pathogens out of the intestinal tract, including the unproductive bacteria mentioned above along with unproductive fungus, mold, yeast, and viruses. The layer of juice between the plum’s skin and flesh instantly enters the bloodstream, feeding nerve cells and organ tissues. The sweet flesh of the plum feeds glucose and glycogen reserves in the liver and brain. And then the sour flesh that’s closest to the pit detoxes the liver and gallbladder.
People consume prunes to alleviate constipation. Dried and preserved plums/prunes were just the second best thing to fresh plums. Eating prunes derived from the inability to access fresh plums. While prunes don’t always help everyone with their constipation, prunes can create a laxative effect that helps a substantial group of people. Fresh plums will still give that gentle laxative effect—and maybe even better.

Sweet & Spicy Pumpkin Seeds
Want to kick up your pumpkin seeds a notch? Try coating them in spices and roasting them to serve as a crunchy snack at parties or for friends or family. The combination of sweet and spicy in this recipe will keep people coming back for more!
Pumpkin Seeds are one of nature’s most nourishing foods. They contain high amounts of vitamin E, B-complex, magnesium, zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids. Pumpkin seeds are essential for men’s health and provide significant protection for the prostate gland. They are an excellent source of tryptophan which is critical for good quality sleep and for keeping anxiety and depression at bay.
The B-complex vitamins in pumpkin seeds work as co-factors in the body to help reduce cholesterol and enhance GABA activity which is also known to reduce anxiety and neurological disorders. Pumpkin seeds also contain anti-inflammatory properties which provide benefit for those that suffer with chronic inflammation such as in sinusitis, arthritis, bursitis, and other autoimmune disorders.
Raw pumpkin seeds provide the most nutrition and health benefits but these roasted and spiced pumpkin seeds are a wonderful festive treat. Enjoy!

Dairy, including milk, cheese, butter, cream, whey or whey protein powder, kefir, yogurt, ghee, sheep’s milk, goat cheese, and all other dairy, feeds pathogens. Plus, if you’re eating dairy, it prevents your body from cleansing, which means the toxins and pathogens behind chronic illness can’t leave your body so you can heal.
Dairy doesn’t just get broken down, digested, and sent on its way through the digestive tract in a timely fashion. It sticks around, allowing pathogens to thrive in the small intestinal tract and colon and slowing down the absorption and assimilation of healing foods such as fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, and herbs. These foods hold healing nutrients that get caught up in dairy’s film and lose their vitality and value.
It also smothers critical oxygen and slows down liver function, making the organ stagnant and sluggish in an immediate, acute manner (which also weakens the liver’s personalized immune system). This leads mucus to form.
When your liver becomes clogged, all of the toxins that escape your liver as a result and enter your body increase histamine compounds, which feed and form more mucus. Lymphatic vessels also become clogged with dairy byproduct. Dairy products get in the way of natural killer cells, allowing pathogens such as strep and EBV to thrive and create poisons that stimulate blood vessels and tissue to produce fluid that becomes mucus-y, which is another reason why dairy is so mucus-forming.
Dairy is sometimes considered inherently allergenic, when the truth is that it creates inflammation and other reactions because it feeds pathogens, and it’s the pathogenic activity and waste that give people symptoms.
Dairy has an addictive quality because the bugs in our system thrive on it and practically beg for it. Plus, a dairy craving is usually a sugar craving from a lack of critical glucose, because the lactose (sugar) in dairy is quite high. The problem is, dairy is often high in hidden fat, and the fat-sugar combo can create insulin resistance. When you want your body in a state of healing, it’s best to avoid dairy.

Cucumbers: Fever Reducer
Cucumbers have a fountain-of-youth effect, hydrating us at the deepest cellular level possible. Plus, cucumbers’ cooling effect makes them excellent at rejuvenation and especially effective at cooling a hot, stagnant liver. When eaten on a daily basis, cucumbers can reverse liver damage, dialing back 10 to 15 years of toxin exposure (including from heavy metals and pesticides such as DDT) and poor diet. Cucumbers are helpful for reducing bloat.
Fresh cucumber juice (consumed alone, not mixed with other fruits or vegetables) is the best rejuvenation tonic in the world. Drink 16 ounces or more daily. It contains electrolyte compounds specifically geared toward nourishing and cooling down overused adrenal glands and kidneys that are struggling with their task of filtering out toxic debris and getting overheated from toxic uric acid. Drinking cucumber juice every day can be helpful for kidney disease, if you are on dialysis, or you’re missing a kidney.
Cucumber juice also has a cooling effect on the glands and organs, making it wonderful for helping to reduce fevers for both children and adults.
Cucumbers are an excellent delivery system for neurotransmitter chemicals, so they can help with anxiety or other neurological conditions.
Cucumbers have chlorophyll in their skins that’s bonded to B vitamins and vitamins A and C. Cucumbers support digestion; they contain undiscovered coenzymes that will one day be called talafinns. Alongside enzymes that have been discovered by medical research (such as erepsin), talafinns help the body’s protein digestion process so you can get the most out of everything you eat.
How To Use:
Drink 16 ounces or more of straight cucumber juice daily. Eat cucumbers as snacks, spiralized into noodles, in salads, wraps, as a crudité for dips, sliced on top of cooked meals, etc.

Derms of lone horse are kind of on their own. They're working for darkness. They can be aggressive at times. But their purpose is not to constantly create a large amount of harm—although they have the potential to do so.
Derms of lone horse take unpredictable actions. One action of derms of lone horse is to inhabit houses and even furniture, mimicking ghosts. People might think a house is haunted, or think a ghost is traveling with a piece of furniture, when it's really a derm of lone horse.
A derm of lone horse is also similar to a derm of push-pull. They don't always perform the exact same stunts, although very similar. This is the demon that women especially have experienced as taking forceful actions like covers getting pulled off of the bed or legs getting tugged or the feeling of getting pushed down stairs.
Derms of lone horse are some of the demons constantly mistaken for ghosts by paranormal professionals. People think these are ghost hauntings—they think ghosts are doing these things. Really, these are rogue derms. When a chair moves violently across the floor or a book gets thrown off a shelf across the room—in most situations, what's causing it is this rogue, lone horse variety of demon. They can travel with old furniture. They also tend to inhabit old prisons and old hospitals and even old institutions like prestigious schools, lurking in the basement.
Derms of lone horse are not governed by fallen angels. They haven't been recruited. They're also not sitting on the fence like the souls of hopelessness.
