Hey friends, long time no see!
I shared some important news in today’s video: we’ve left Japan and moved to the Netherlands!
Now that three weeks have passed and we’ve finally settled in, I was able to make a video explaining why we relocated.
In the video, I speak very honestly about my feelings. I worried that some of you might not react well, but I wanted to be genuine with all of you.
Even though we’re now living in the Netherlands, Japanese cooking will remain our main content—so don’t worry!
Thank you all, as always, for your support!

Hi everyone! I published 15 habits video ( https://youtu.be/XEUzh_VJmT0 ) 2 weeks ago and I was blown away by the number of views and comments. I learned that even the everyday habits I take for granted can seem unique and inspiring from a different cultural perspective. Thank you, friends!
My channel usually focuses on Japanese cooking recipes, but I never expected that habit videos would resonate more with you. Please let me know what kind of videos you'd like to see next!
Since I can’t see your faces or your everyday lives, I do my best to create valuable content—but I have my limitations. I’m looking forward to your feedback and suggestions!
Below are just some ideas that came to mind! If you could leave more ideas in the comments, I would really appreciate it!

Hey everyone! How’s it going?
Are you enjoying a fun Halloween?
We're adding a little Halloween spirit at home with some spooky pasta.
Recently, I’ve been sharing more than just recipes in my videos.
Last week, I posted a tour of my great-grandmother’s 90-year-old home. Did you get a chance to watch it?
https://youtu.be/r4aj3RWhxmU
Thank you so much for lots of warm comments!
Of course, I’ll keep sharing recipes, but I’m also excited to connect with you on a deeper level through vlogs and house tours. I’m really enjoying these new types of videos. ( I hope you are too💛)
I’m always looking for video ideas, so please feel free to share your thoughts!
Happy Halloween! 🎃

I’ve been incorporating fermented foods into my daily routine for years!
As I was born with eczema and approaching 40, I’m amazed that my skin keeps improving each year, and I feel calmer too.
Driven by a desire to deepen my knowledge of fermented foods and gut health, I’ve been given the opportunity to hear from a Japanese expert in gut microbiome research!
I'm so excited!! I hope you are too!
I want to make this interview a valuable learning experience for everyone, so I’m gathering questions you’d like me to ask.
For example,
Wondering what to eat for better gut health?
Curious about how your gut affects overall wellness?
Let me know your questions!
I'm always hoping we will grow together towards healthy lifestyle through food.
PS; I will have only 1 hour, so might not be able to cover all of your questions...but make sure the video to be valuable for sure! Thank you for your understaing friends!
