All my transcriptions from Everywhere at the End of Time are now available for sale on my Ko-fi website linked in bio! Thank you for being patient, 'cause it took me very long...
I'm planning on selling my Stage 1 transcriptions, and these are the prices I've chosen so far. I just want to know if you think they're too high or about right. From now on, they can only go down.
I've just turned eighteen and started working on my driver's license. Even though it feels like a big change, not much has actually changed...
It turns out I can now officially make money on the internet, even though that's not why I'm building this channel. In case you'd like to support me, there's a link to my Ko-fi page in the description.
I've just watched Eyes Wide Shut, and the ending is driving me crazy... [MINOR SPOILERS]
I've always been fascinated by the theory that "the elites" organize secret gatherings involving strange rituals and the worst things you can imagine.
The movie explores that idea, but it also leaves several questions unanswered.
As it happens, I'm going to Venice next month, and I found the exact shop where the original masks used in the movie were made. I'll probably end up bringing one back home with me!
The final Stage 1 video comes out in a week and I need every single one of you to pre-like this one, because I really want this one to blow up and go viral. It would mean so much to me... Thank you guys for everything. It's pretty crazy how one decision changed this channel forever. Peace! https://youtu.be/DVFnIsXwFCM?is=jSk7S...
The last song from Stage 1 is out! Now we're only waiting for the complete cover of the album which premieres in a week from now! https://youtu.be/Is2U_aSj-tM?is=eA7c1...
[DISCUSSION] I have always been interested in unexplained stories that happened to people, such as mysterious disappearances or incidents that have no rational explanation. Has anything like this ever happened to you or someone you know?
I've just seen The Odyssey, and I think it's such a monumental film... [MINOR SPOILERS]
Christopher Nolan adapts Odysseus' story impressively faithfully without straying from Homer's vision. At the same time, he delivers a beautiful moral through the main character's monologue just before the final scene. I interpreted it as a criticism of religious wars and their absurdity.
As for the special effects, I'd consider them flawless and a testament to the filmmakers' endless creativity. I was pleasantly surprised by the depiction of the Cyclops. It was much more than a massive humanoid creature with a mouth, nose, and a single eye perfectly centered on its face. Instead, it was designed as an extremely deformed face, creating the illusion of the stereotypical Cyclops in a unique and unsettling way.
I'd also like to express my immense appreciation for Ludwig Göransson and his score. I first noticed his brilliance when I got really into "Sinners", and with every new project I'm more and more impressed by him. He's the Hans Zimmer of our time.
I've heard some people say that the cast is too predictable and that some actors feel out of place for this story. Personally, I didn't feel that way at all. I thought it was a genuinely strong cast.
I encourage you to watch it if you haven't seen it already. If you have, feel free to share your thoughts in the comments. Until the next review!
