Just answering a couple common questions I’ve had:
1) How much did you revise over Easter?
- I’d say around 4-5 hours a day.
- Aim for a minimum of 3, with maybe 1 rest day a week.
2) Can I still get top grades if my mocks weren’t good?
- Absolutely. But you won’t get them by magic. You’ll have to work really hard for it.
3) I find myself really distracted when I try to revise - what do I do?
- You have to work out what’s distracting you, and remove it.
- Is it your phone? TikTok? Noise? Work out and remove the distraction.
- Also try to have some non-screen revision. E.g print out a past paper or some questions.

Spent today attending a law firm (Dechert) insight day in London.
Really interesting experience, I’m currently trying to keep my options open.
It’s my view that in light of increased competition for graduate roles etc it’s important to try to gain a wide range of experience. Research lots of possible careers!
