Warriors for Christ

Less than a week after burying his 20-year-old son from a drug overdose, Greg Locke is already back traveling, appearing at festivals, smiling for cameras, preaching on stages, and folding the tragedy into the larger “warfare” narrative surrounding his ministry.

And when someone immediately turns the burial of their own son into a ministry arc, people naturally start asking uncomfortable questions.

Is the grief genuine? Or has celebrity Christianity so consumed someone that even personal tragedy becomes content, branding, and platform fuel?

That’s the question many people are quietly thinking but are afraid to say out loud.

Because this is not just about grief anymore. It’s about self-centered ministry culture.

Modern celebrity Christianity conditions pastors to see EVERYTHING through the lens of optics, audience engagement, emotional reaction, and platform growth. Every moment becomes a sermon illustration. Every tragedy becomes part of the persona.

And the followers enable it by emotionally shielding these men from all scrutiny.

They say: “He needs time to grieve.”

Yet less than a week later he’s already publicly visible, publicly preaching, publicly traveling, publicly smiling, publicly performing, and publicly positioning the tragedy inside the ongoing image of “spiritual warfare.”

At some point people have to stop pretending this feels normal.

A genuinely broken father would usually disappear for a while. Not immediately return to stages, cameras, and ministry branding almost instantly.

And before people scream “don’t judge,” remember: Greg Locke built his entire ministry on publicly judging, rebuking, exposing, and scrutinizing others.

You do not spend years demanding accountability from everyone else and then suddenly become untouchable when the spotlight turns toward you.

The deeper issue is that modern Christianity has confused emotional manipulation with authenticity for so long that many believers literally cannot tell the difference anymore.

And people are finally starting to notice.

What do you think about a preacher who publicly claims to stand for free speech sending a cease-and-desist letter to another preacher over a generalized comment?

No crimes were accused. No names were used in the original statement. Yet now the situation is being framed as “defamation.”

If someone builds their platform around boldness, public confrontation, and defending free speech, should they also be willing to tolerate criticism and commentary directed at themselves?

Or does “free speech” suddenly become a problem when the criticism is uncomfortable?

Curious what you all think. Is this defending truth… or trying to silence speech?

Warriors for Christ

This is exactly why modern Christianity is so weak. We have replaced truth with emotionalism.

Christians will preach holiness, repentance, obedience, and “the wages of sin is death” right up until someone dies in sin. Then suddenly everyone becomes uncomfortable with the very doctrines they claimed to believe.

A person overdosing while actively high is not dying in sobriety, obedience, or victory through Christ. They are dying while participating in sin. Scripture says we can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us, yet modern Christianity acts like addiction is the one chain Jesus supposedly cannot break.

The reality is this: if someone truly submits to Christ, they overcome sin rather than make peace with it. Christians may struggle, stumble, and fight temptation, but there is a difference between warfare against sin and living enslaved to it.

Modern funerals often become canonization ceremonies where everybody magically “got their wings” regardless of how they lived. The apostles did not preach like that. Jesus did not preach like that. The early church did not preach like that.

And here is the hypocrisy: many Christians will boldly say child molesters are in hell. They will say unrepentant sodomites are in hell. But the moment someone dies of an overdose while living in rebellion, suddenly we are told not to “judge.”

Why the partiality?

Are you God? Do you decide which sins lead to destruction and which sins get a free emotional pass because the story is tragic?

This is not mocking the dead. It IS tragic. Extremely tragic. A soul likely entered eternity unprepared to meet God, and the church is so addicted to emotional comfort that many refuse to even warn people anymore.

The apostles warned people because they loved them. Modern Christianity lies to people because it fears backlash.

“Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers... nor drunkards... will inherit the kingdom of God.”
1 Corinthians 6:9-10

Greg Locke’s son dying from a drug overdose is tragic. Truly tragic. A 20-year-old young man is dead, and that should grieve people.

But Christians need to stop acting like tragedy suddenly erases years of public chaos, hypocrisy, humiliation, and destructive behavior.

The Bible says a shepherd must manage his household well. The early church took that seriously because they understood something modern celebrity Christianity refuses to admit: public disorder and carnality inside leadership eventually destroy people around them.

Greg Locke publicly mocked and berated his ex-wife, turned family drama into public spectacle, built a ministry culture around outrage and emotionalism, and surrounded himself with constant chaos. Christians watched it happen for years and many defended it because they liked the theatrics, the viral clips, and the culture war energy.

Now suddenly people are saying nobody can mention any of that because a tragedy happened.

That is not how the early church operated.

The apostles openly warned that sin has consequences. They did not protect personalities while families collapsed. They did not treat public leaders as untouchable celebrities. They cared more about truth than branding.

This is not about mocking a dead young man. It is about recognizing that children and families often become casualties when leaders build ministries on pride, disorder, vanity, and constant conflict.

And Christians need to stop pretending accountability is “hate.”

The modern church has become so emotionally manipulative that the moment consequences become visible, people try to silence all discernment and rebuke instead of asking hard questions.

That young man should still be alive.

Now the script is flipping.

The same crew that stood together in New Orleans preaching “holiness” is now condemning hard preaching and gaslighting the very men who refuse to compromise.

Let’s stop pretending.

John Williams commits adultery and justifies it.
Adam LaCroix defends it.
Kevin Ferrer stands alongside it.
JK (Shirts That Speak) encourages covering it up until it’s convenient.

And now suddenly… hard preaching is the problem?

Now it’s “that style has run its course.”
Now bold preachers are “too harsh.”

Now the ones actually calling sin what it is are getting labeled the issue.
That’s not growth. That’s damage control.

It’s easier to attack hard preaching than confront adultery. Easier to gaslight faithful preachers than admit you protected sin. Easier to rebrand than repent.

Hard preaching didn’t fail.

Compromise did.

Truth didn’t change.

People just decided to soften it when it got too close to home.

📢 If your version of Christianity requires silencing bold truth to protect reputations, it’s not biblical. It’s branding.

🚨 Rebrand or Cover-Up?

John Williams just wiped his content, rebranded his channel to “The Quest,” and is rolling out a brand new image.

But here’s the problem…

You can change the name.

You can delete the videos.

You can’t erase what’s already public.

If something was serious enough to remove someone from ministry, a rebrand doesn’t fix it. It just raises more questions.

So I took a look at the new direction… and yeah, I “helped” with the channel cover.

“Johnny Quest.”
First guest: Hadji.

Because if we’re going to pretend, let’s be honest about it.

This is accountability.

🚨 URGENT: Legal Battle Update — I Need Your Help

We just hit an unexpected turn in my Florida case.

My attorney needs an additional $1,500 to continue fighting this case properly. We weren’t able to consolidate like planned, which means more work and more legal costs.

My civil rights attorney strongly advised me to keep this lawyer on the case.

If I can’t, I’ll be forced to travel to Florida for court every month, that’s about $800 per trip, over and over.

This isn’t just about me. This case involves free speech, preaching the Gospel, and standing our ground in a hostile culture.

If you can help, now is the time.

Not every movie or documentary about Jesus is telling you the truth.

We need discernment.

I just watched a so-called “Christian” documentary where a woman claimed Mary Magdalene was the first apostle.

That’s not biblical. That’s modern ideology being dressed up in religious language.

Mary Magdalene was a faithful follower of Christ. She was delivered, she loved Jesus, and she was honored to witness the resurrection. But Scripture never calls her an apostle. The apostles were specifically chosen and commissioned by Jesus (Luke 6:13), and that role had clear qualifications.

What’s happening now is subtle but dangerous. People are rewriting biblical roles to fit modern cultural agendas, especially feminism, and then packaging it as “new insight” or “hidden truth.”

It’s not new. It’s not hidden. It’s not truth.

If it doesn’t line up with Scripture, it doesn’t matter how emotional, cinematic, or convincing it feels. Truth isn’t determined by production quality.
Stop letting documentaries disciple you.

Test everything against the Word of God.

🚨 Mind-Blowing Quran Fact: Does the Quran Agree with the Trinity… or Is Allah Transgender/Non-Binary? 😱

Muslims say Allah is ONE. But look at how He refers to Himself in the Quran — over and over again as “We,” “Us,” and “Our.”

Here are straight examples from the Quran itself:

Surah Al-Baqarah 2:23 – “And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down upon Our Servant [Muhammad], then produce a surah like it…”

Surah Al-Hijr 15:9 – “Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur’an and indeed, We will be its guardian.”

Surah Al-Anbiya 21:104 – “The Day when We will fold up the heaven like the folding of a scroll for records…”

Surah Adh-Dhariyat 51:47 – “And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander.”

Surah Al-Baqarah 2:143 – “…and We appointed the Qiblah which you used to face…”

Why does the One God keep saying “We” instead of “I”?

Either:
✅ The Quran secretly agrees with the Christian Trinity (Father, Son, Holy Spirit — one God in three persons)…
OR
✅ Allah is speaking as transgender / non-binary — using plural pronouns to describe Himself.

You can’t have it both ways. The Quran literally proves it.
