So apparently there is now new update to Pheonix Point, and it on paper looks great. It addresses few points that I very much hated. Changes to Acherons (most certainly needed), changes to Behemoth (should be now less punishing if it spawns in a region you do not control), lowered resource costs on some things. Hey there viewers (and random person who managed to get here). So I'm waiting for the next update for X-Piratez, and while doing so I've decided to make my own music mod. And so I thought that it must contain one of the greatest pirate songs. But I can't just use the original, so I decided to make a cover. Since I'm not a composer I can only use the tools for idiots aka AI. There are 2 variants with several versions. Variant 1 based on the live song and variant 2 based on the instrumental version. Now I cannot decide which is better, because each one has a flaw and I have to accept it.
Now let's talk about the flaws. From the live version, I cannot make the AI to use only female voice, it always adds a male voice, and it also changes singers like crazy. The only positive I can say is, that it really keeps the refrain with the original. My goal was to make it female only, but in X-Piratez you can have both sexes in your team, so from technical point of view it's fine, but I think that constant changing of voices is a no no.
Now comes the Industrial variant, where the AI uses only female voices, but he doesn't keep the refrain as the live version, which is a shame, and also either loses some lyrics or just jumpcuts few lines.

Xenonauts MS 6 will probably end with Episode 8. Goldhawk has released version 6.10 which invalidates the saves from 6.9. And I don't feel like replaying the whole Phase 1. Additionally the balance of Panic made by UFOs is kinda not in the right place, because I got full panic in the same month as the Phase 2 begun. They've also admitted that the 30% bonus aim aliens got on Commander just invalidated cover and smoke and for now they have reduced the bonus to only 10% and promised to look into this matter. Shows that I wasn't complaining in vain about smoke and cover being semi useless.

Had a little fun with Gemini AI. I'm probably not that creative to make it work the way I want, but I'm little happy with the result I made. Adding braids was a nightmare to make it work, so I quit, but I'm quite pleased with the Sorceres outfit. Looks menacing, just as it is in the game - Unlimited Power.
