EUP That's Me!
Hello all - I've put together two low-content books for sale on Amazon direct publishing
The first is an 80 page book of engineering graph paper with an area for notes called "The Innovative Engineer's Notebook" a great place to keep all your innovative ideas
The second is an 80 page book of tally grids called "The Innovative Engineer's Tickbook" a tallybook for all those things that you need to keep a count of be it electronic parts, grudges, slights, or sports ball stats
On the back cover of each of them is a list of resources for Innovative Engineers
Check them out on Amazon at: www.amazon.com/dp/B0GQYQ6PXC and www.amazon.com/dp/B0GQYWZH2Y
The proceeds of these sales (if any) will go to support the channel
Let me know if you are interested in getting a copy of one or both.
I'm thinking that I will also put together a hardcover 100 page edition of the notebook
If there is enough interest I can get a few publisher copies (lower cost) to use as giveaways to members - I'm still waiting on my publisher copies which may have a "not for resale" watermark.

Calling all #tabletopgaming folks!
I'm going to run a stress test live stream and I thought I would do it while rolling a set of #DnD dice.
Currently all die are 1-D, should the D10 be 0-9 and/or the D% be 0-99 instead of 1-10 and 1-100?

Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. I am going to delay tonight's live stream for a day due to a scratchy throat

Sorry about the delay with new videos - my inspiration level has been pretty low these past few weeks. I've come to the conclusion that feeling the need to film all my hobbies takes some of the fun out of them. It certainly slows down progress by a lot.
I'm still working on the RC Transmitter in fits and spurts and will do a post build short once it is done - maybe a time lapse of final assembly as well.
I just have to find the sweet spot between building things for the joy of building and building for content.

Whoo Hoo! we've reached 1000 subs!
Made it into the top 9% of YT channels - going to do a live stream soon to celebrate
Thank you to all the long term subs that have stuck with me through the years and a special shout out to my long term patreon supports Ian & Chris, without you I wouldn't have lasted this long.

Well it finally happened and of course I have no idea why - if one of you could ping x.com support asking about me that would be helpful (maybe)

Several months ago when I first ported this code to Linux the performance was ~3Mhz and occasionally the ANSI codes that change the position the ship would bleed onto the screen screwing up the display
I shelved the project out of frustration and went on to work on the Arduino break out box and micro rocket videos
Recent days of rain delayed the rocket project so I was able to pick this up where I left off and with a fresh pair of eyes I fixed those issues in a couple of debug sessions
One of the greatest things about hobby coding projects is they don't degrade while shelved unlike just about every other hobby where paints/glues dry out or parts get lost/broken
You can pick up right were it was left off and continue to perfect the program
