Welcome to my channel. Here, I share my journey living with a diagnosis of Younger Onset Alzheimer's disease which was later found to be incorrect. I hope you find these videos helpful as you navigate your own journey through misdiagnosis.
On a totally different note . . .
I took the picture of the butterfly. It's my favourite picture so I'm just showing it off 🤣 But I guess you could also take a message from it - the importance of appreciating the limited (but also beautiful) time, we all have!

Here's the sunrise I was talking about 😍
And thanks for the chat this morning, I really appreciated the support for my first live stream. Definitely learnt some things (e.g. cold weather = need more clothing)!!!

What's your funniest, silliest or cringiest dementia joke or story?
In a future video, I would love to share with you the funny side of dementia. Whether it's something that happened at the family Christmas gathering, or a silly meme, I'm keen to hear any jokes or stories that made you laugh!

I (don't) have dementia
Yah, it's a TV show (and yes, I'm intentionally leaning into the contentiousness of the topic), but the topic is still valid....

I (don't) have dementia
Which of the following best describes you?
Note: In a future video, I will be talking about my preferences about medical treatment and end of life care. In the event that I am unable to communicate my wishes, making these preferences known, will help ensure medical/care professionals can act in line with my wishes. A key part of this is thinking through, what does "Quality of life" mean to me and under what situations would I not want to be kept alive. I would love to hear your thoughts on this, so please consider also commenting below.

This is so f*cked.... I loved watching my children learn and grow. I can't imagine then having to watch them lose it all. 71% die before reaching their 18th birthday.
