Senior always says that if you won't give pressure to juniour then they won't work properly and complete the task on time but today i realize one things is that's not true if you really want to get your work done by time then free your staff and give them target as i have been study in my business school there is one principle called Teller principle which was saying about the piece rate system and i so those things are in my work place if you give them freedom and fixed work area then they finished it even as much time you have given them to complete and i think it is the best way to get the work done by junior staff.

People where saying each and everyday could be the unique but i don't know why i am not be able to make my day productive. I know there is several way and path to use and make it productive but i always feel tired to make. So, the main things of learning today is if you really want to improve even a little bit in each and every day then make plan and work on it then you can only succeed.

When your senior asked something about your work then please not just keep quite and just say ok ok . This is completely not good attitude because unless u won’t share he won’t understand and once you share then he will know the exact reason u and ur work weakness and suggest you with right and support yu also and he will get positive massages about you that’s you have course to asked him because millions of people in this world they just can’t know many things at early age because of scariness behavior.
