Coordinating events like our upcoming powerlifting meet this weekend, followed by our annual member appreciation bbq, and ongoing monthly lifting clubs. Hiring and onboarding all new staff, building our operations manual, hammering out details on our next facility project, planning and moving toward our next step of expansion, coordinating our new management software transition to make sign ups and client engagement simpler, and much more. It including the real estate stuff.

I do it because I love it, because I love building, because the community that comes with it make it all worth it. Creating opportunities for people to grow is a passion of mine.

But…. As the thousand yard stare shows, it can be tiring. Sometimes you just need to take a step back, recharge, and then re-engage.
