Do you track your macros?
If you don't, or aren't sure why it's important to understand macros, check out the most recent video I did covering the topic:

New video tomorrow on macros. Apologize for the lack of content, this month has been hectic with family drama, travel, etc. The next couple months are very relaxed and back in the studio to keep the content rolling.

What do you guys think about Carnivore?
The idea is pretty outlandish. The complete exclusion of vegetables and other grain products. Virtually, it is keto/paleo without fruits, vegetables, grains, etc.
You might be thinking, how can that be healthy? And if you're thinking that, you're 100% right. However, contrary to the controversial approach, if followed as it is outlined by many Carnivore doctor enthusiasts, there is more than meats the eye (har har).
To properly follow Carnivore, one is looking to include organ meats to reach their micronutrient targets. Failure to include organs into this diet would leave you with just eating muscle meats, which would be very bad. The inclusion or organ meats would allow for a person - in theory - to replace the majority of plant based products, however, it leaves you without fiber.
The biggest debate right now is the benefit of fiber and what role it plays in the diet. The vast majority of the research we have on the health benefits of fiber are epidemiological, which is not necessarily the strongest type of research compared to RCT, etc. Even when we look at the meta-analyses, they are only looking at ALL bodies of epidemiological studies across the board.
I am currently trying Carnivore and am documenting my progress over the next 90 days (currently have the first week done). Everything from measuring strength, body composition, blood markers, etc. is being done.
We will put it to the test and see what it can do.
Walking science experiment right now.

Doing a little road trip up North today, videos I put out will be in a new location, if for whatever reason I don't post, you'll all know the issues I had with WIFI :D
*Also, starting next week, the channel will move to a one video per week basis.*
I'll be focusing on spending more time per video to a deliver a much higher quality production of videos for you guys.

I want your HONEST opinion (because I make these videos for you guys) what would you prefer more from a learning, retention, and entertainment point of view.
From a pure content consumption standpoint, I want to know you since you're my audience.
Some of you have messaged me and said you really enjoy the daily content, however, others have said they don't have time to consume as much content.
Quality here is defined as the amount of time and edits I can pour into a single video. This would mean more edits, more refinement, more graphs to add visuals, etc.
