closed captioning on videos showing in a foreign language, instead of the language you have it set to?

I've recorded September tbr twice and have had two separate tech issues. When Prometheus returns home for the three day weekend, I'll have him work the camera and hopefully windows will not corrupt the video so that I can edit and upload. Here's hoping!

Having tech issues. Unable to upload June wrap up, July tbr & wrap up. Tried recording Sept tbr and it was blurry, even though I had put it in focus. I'm going to wait for Prometheus to return so he can operate the camera and I'll post SEPT TBR. I'd post a pic of the books, but the computer shows there's nothing on my phone. sigh. I hate tech.
