I had a panic disorder at the end of February 2020. Furthermore, the claustrophobia that I had a little bit worsened.
I went to the psychosomatic medicine department and am still taking medicine.
I had a really hard day.
Now, I am changing my living environment, practicing my own coping methods and feelings, and gradually recovering.
However, I haven't completely recovered yet, and I sometimes have symptoms, and I am still fighting these symptoms.
