This week wasn’t about chasing numbers… it was about listening to my body. With the ongoing trauma in my heel, I was advised to avoid any impact on it. which means even simple things like landing from a handstand became risky.
So, instead of pushing blindly, I focused on whatever work I could do safely. No ego, no shortcuts. just respecting the process.
Yes, it feels tough to hold back when the goal is so close, but recovery is also training. Because if I want to finish what I’ve started, I need to come back stronger, not broken.
I’m healing fast, and trust me this is just a pause, not the end. The road to 10 HSPUs continues.
