Latvia, congratulations with bronze in the Hockey Championship !!!

With less than 2 million people, Latvia's achievement is really incredible. A gigantic passion for skating & hockey made up for a tiny population.

In case you did not know, our videos are filmed in Riga, the capital of Latvia. The amazing thing here is that you see people on skates everywhere. Parks and streets are always crowded with inline skaters - weather permitting or not, doesn't matter :D

The photo is from a night skate when the main road was closed for traffic - so thousands of skaters could enjoy the new road surface. The hockey team, Dinamo Riga, skated in front btw. Yea, this is how passionate the Latvians are about skating & hockey.
