I turned 30 y/o yesterday.

last night, I felt overwhelmed with joy after listening to a song that took me right back to being 16 y/o. it was a beautiful time warp moment that made me realize I wouldn't trade any of my twenties for a thing. every moment of pain gives us so much purpose, as long as we choose to see it that way.

our twenties is NOT meant to "have it all figured out." it's to dive into our curiosity, learn who we are, and where we want to go. I can at least say so for myself. many years of high's and low's that led me right here to this moment... creating the content on this page for you guys.

stepping into my thirties, I'm even more excited about this project you and I are building together. the more we create, the more we are intentional, and the more we step out of our own way to help others, the more we make the world a better place.

thank you for all your support over the years. here's to the next chapter. I love you guys 🖤

P.S. I spent some time reflecting on the best lessons from my twenties and made this video for you.
