I went synth hunting at the 2025 NAMM show and here are 5 synths that caught my eye on the show floor! Were you there this year? What did you see that got you excited about music production? Let me know in the comments!

For those of you interested, I just started a virtual orchestration subreddit. I'll be posting my tutorials and videos there, but you are all welcome to share your own compositions and your favorite educational ressources from youtube and other sources for composition and orchestration. The only rule as of now but I might refine that a bit later, is to keep it focused on orchestral music created with sample libraries. Looking forward to seeing you there!

This video is a bit old but I want to wish a merry christmas to all of you who celebrate, and a happy holiday season to everyone! Thank you so much for all the nice comments on my last tutorial. That was the best christmas gift I could get! Cheers and take good care of yourselves and others around you.
With love, and music of course,

Hi everyone! I received a few messages of concern from some of you so I just wanted to give you an update about myself and this channel
I am alive and well, and even though I haven't produced much for this channel lately I've ben very busy. I've taken a job as a video producer at B&H for which I produce audio related content some of which is music related. I'm attaching below a playlist of hardware synthesizer reviews some of you might be interested in. Incidentally I'd love to know if on top of the orchestral content, you'd be interested to see this kind of stuff on this channel. Let me know!
I'm working on new tutorials and I'm hoping to bring you something all very soon. In the mean time if you'd like to support me, go give those synth videos a view, a like and a little comment! Merci!
Thank you all for your continued support, it means the world to me .
Love,
Gabriel

The Cue Tube is hosting a great, free to enter film scoring competition. And in top of that it supports a great cause! Score Relief is also raising funds in support of the Backup Hardship Fund, which provides relief to technical workers from the events and entertainment industries, and their families, who have lost income, or experienced other difficulties, as a result of the pandemic.
The judges? The one and only Monsieur ‪@ThinkSpaceEducation‬ himself as well as Jan Morgenstern and Tristan Noon!! I mean that in itself is just amazing!
But wait, the first prize? Your score recorded by a Live Orchestra! And the other prizes are really great too! check out all the details in the link below!
Don't think twice just enter and write music! Head to the Cuetube's website to enter the competition and download the film. Here is the link:
www.thecuetube.com/scorerelief2021
Have fun everyone! Can't wait to listen to your scores!
