🚨 A 19-year-old Matthews. Indiana man has been arrested⛓ after it was discovered he was in possession of ❌child sex abuse material .

Matthews is a town of less than 500 people in Grant County.

🚨On Thursday, troopers with the Indiana State Police arrested 🚨Corbin Kendall on a preliminary charge of two counts of possession of❌ child sex abuse material, a Level 5 Felony.

🚨The investigation began after a complaint was issued by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that stated an individual was possessing CSAM. A detective👨‍💻 with the ISP Internet Crimes Against Children executed a search warrant 🔎and seized electronic devices from the home.

Kendall was interviewed by police before being taken into custody and transported to the Grant County Jail.⛓

🚨Former FWCS substitute teacher accused of sending nude images to student

🚨 A 30-year-old former Fort Wayne Community Schools substitute teacher is facing felony charges for allegedly sending nude photos to a student.

🚨Tyler Michael Rush, of Fort Wayne, is charged with dissemination of matter harmful to children and official misconduct. The charges carry a potential prison sentence of up to 5 years.

🚨On Feb. 3rd 📅 a student reached out to Rush through ❌Instagram, asking for advice about situations involving her friend and boyfriend.

🚨 When the girl mentioned sexual problems with her boyfriend, Rush asked the girl if she wanted to🚨 move the conversation to ❌Snapchat.

🚨Once they were messaging in ❌Snapchat, Rush allegedly sent multiple❌ nude photos and a video of himself to the girl, also featuring a black tattoo on his chest.

The next day, the girl reached🗣 out to school officials to say she had been texting with Rush and that the conversations were ❌sexual in nature, triggering a call to the Department of Child Services.

👮‍♂️Police took the victim’s phone for a forensic digital download and found the conversation between the victim and Rush, the images he sent to her, and an image sent by the victim to Rush.

🚨Rush was booked into the Allen County Jail on Thursday but was later released.⁉️ He is set to appear in court for the first time on the charges next week.

A spokesperson for FWCS confirmed Rush was employed by the district and worked at North Side High School, but that, per a recent school board report, he was ❌terminated on Feb. 9.

🚨State records show Rush was issued an educator license for❌ alternative special education late last year.

It remains active and valid, with an expiration date of Dec. 29, 2028.❗

🚨On March 6, 2024, Tim Tebow testified before the House Judiciary Committee, stating that there were currently 🚨57,000 unidentified children seen👀 in ❌sexually abusive series of images. We have since learned that ✔now unidentified children have been seen in🚨 89,000 series of ❌child sex abuse material (CSAM)❗❗

🚨While there are so many heroes working to identify and protect children who are being sexually exploited, they are simply overwhelmed, ✔under-resourced, and ✔outnumbered by offenders.

🔎 Identifying one child is a labor-intensive process. 👨‍💻Victim identification specialists must piece together clues from the images that can lead to the ❌child’s country, ❌city, or ❌specific location. Only then can local law enforcement👮‍♂️ bring that child to safety and arrest ⛓the perpetrator.    

Lawmakers⚖ have drafted the 🚨Renewed Hope Act 🚨to help build a✔ bigger rescue team of analysts and investigators 👨‍💻to rescue these children, but getting a ⚖federal bill passed through Congress is incredibly difficult❗

Indiana Youth Minister Linked to Imprisoned Kentucky School Superintendent Sentenced to Nine Years in Federal Prison for Child Exploitation

🚨- Aaron Paul Lockman, 24, of Corydon, Indiana, has been sentenced to nine years in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release, after pleading guilty to nine counts of possessing sexually explicit material involving minors. He was also ordered to pay $9,000 in restitution.

🚨According to court documents, the investigation began on March 11, 2024,📅 when FBI agents arrested 🚨Matthew D. Constant, then‑Superintendent of Owensboro Public Schools in Kentucky, for attempting to ❌solicit sexual acts from minors. During that investigation, agents uncovered ❌WhatsApp conversations between 🚨Constant and Lockman in which the two discussed their shared sexual interest in ❌children and exchanged illegal images of ❌child sexual abuse.

🚨Further investigation revealed that Lockman was employed as a❌ youth minister at a church in✔ Jasper, Indiana. In that role, he was entrusted with supervising young boys and frequently took them on ❌one‑on‑one outings, including trips to local restaurants. Agents later searched Lockman’s ❌church‑issued computer and cell phone, where they found multiple videos depicting❌ minors under the age of 12, including material involving ❌abusive conduct.

“This sick individual placed himself in daily proximity to children and exploited his position as a minister to cultivate special relationships with vulnerable boys,” said

Tom Wheeler, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana. “This office will continue to pursue anyone who preys on children, no matter their title, position, or community standing. Thanks to the swift work of our federal partners, he can no longer endanger the children he targeted and manipulated.”
“This sentence sends a clear message that anyone who exploits children - especially those who abuse positions of trust within their communities - will be held fully accountable,” said FBI Indianapolis Special Agent in Charge Timothy J. O’Malley.

“Protecting children from predators is one of the FBI’s highest priorities. We will continue working closely with our law enforcement partners to identify offenders, support victims, and ensure justice is served.”

🚨The FBI and the Evansville Police Department investigated this case. The sentence was imposed by U.S. District Court Judge Matthew P. Brookman.
U.S. Attorney Wheeler thanked Assistant U.S. Attorney Lauren Wheatley, who prosecuted this case.

🚨🚨A former ❌superintendent of a school district in Kentucky❗ was sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to multiple ❌child sex crimes.

⚖Court officials say 🚨 53-year-old Matthew Constant has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.

🚨Constant was formerly the superintendent of Owensboro Public Schools. Owensboro is located just south of the Indiana border.

🚨Constant was arrested in July of 2023 following an investigation 👨‍💻by Kentucky State Police. He pled guilty to nine charges in February of 2025.

🚨According to court records, his guilty plea was ❌not part of a plea deal.

🚨He was charged with ❌online enticement of a minor/receipt of ❌CSAM, ❌transfer of obscene material to a minor, ❌online enticement of a minor and ❌sexual exploitation of children.

Kentucky State Police said the investigation started in May 2023 📅when a third party🗣 reported to officers that they believed Constant was having an inappropriate❌ relationship with a student at ❌another school district.

He was then suspended from his role as superintendent and later arrested.

🚨Through their investigation, police said they found evidence of other inappropriate communication with❌ minors in both 🚨Kentucky and🚨 Indiana.

🚨An 18-year-old man in Greenwood, Indians faces 🚨15 felonies including❌Child Molesting, ❌Child Solicitation, ❌Performing Sexual Conduct in the Presence of a Minor and🚨 12 counts of ❌Possession of CSAM.

🚨The investigation started in February when a child came forward saying 🗣he was a victim of Samuel Erh.

🚨Detectives found 1000 CSAM files on Erh's phone. ❗

🚨According to the affidavit videos of ❌ 7 victims ❌under the age of 12 were sexually abused by Erh and recorded.❗❗

If the children would not do as he asked Erh stated,❌ "Do it or your mom dies."

Erh was arrested at Center Grove High School on February 26th. 📅 He remains in jail on a preliminary bond of $70,000.
