🚨Police arrest Linton man for child porn possession

🚨Police have arrested a Linton man accused of having ❌child pornography in his possession.

🚨The Greene County Sheriff’s Office said authorities received a tip🗣 in August 2025 📅 alleging that Thomas Felker of Linton had❌ child sex abuse material in his possession. As the investigation continued, detectives identified Felker as the primary suspect in the case.

🚨The investigation resulted in an arrest warrant⛓ being issued for Felker. On Wednesday, he was booked into the Greene County Jail on ❌ten felony counts for possession of child sexual abuse material. All counts are level 5 felonies.

Kokomo man arrested on 10 counts of possession of child sex abuse material

🚨A Kokomo man was recently arrested⛓ in Howard County on ❌10 counts of possession of ❌child sex abuse material, each a Level 5 felony.

According to the Howard County Sheriff’s Office, the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, received 14 cybertips🗣 in November 2025.📅

🚨Officials said the reports were generated by ❌Google and included more than❌ 80 files depicting ❌child sex abuse material.

🚨After an investigation, it was determined that 🚨48-year-old Jaime Tirado was the person who was suspected of uploading the files.

🚨On Jan. 7, a search warrant🔎 was obtained for a home in the 2200 block of North Locke Street in Kokomo. Several electronic devices were seized from the home, with at least one containing files “confirmed to be child sex abuse material.”

Tirado was taken into custody for the 10 counts on Monday, the release said.

Greenwood man charged with having child sex abuse material on Kik accounts

🚨A Greenwood man has been arrested after being linked to ❌multiple Kik accounts that had ❌child sex abuse material on them.

🚨According to court documents⚖ filed in Johnson County, 🚨37-year-old Justin Hamilton was charged with one count of ❌child exploitation, a Level 4 felony.

🚨In February 2025, 📅 law enforcement from the ✔Boone County Sheriff’s Office received a cybertip🗣 from❌ Kik, a social media platform.

🚨Kik said it flagged ❌five files of alleged ❌child sex abuse material, files that included ❌minors engaging in sex acts. The IP address from the responsible account was linked to a ✔Greenwood address.

While looking into the Kik user’s account, deputies also 👨‍💻uncovered conversations from the user allegedly centered around the files, stating that the user’s ❌“collection got nuked” and if they ❌“know any groups or willing to share any❌ teens?”

🚨The Kik account, as well as the linked ❌email account, were both allegedly associated with Hamilton. The documents claim that Hamilton also used ❌Google to search for ❌teen erotic pictures.

🗣An additional cybertip was submitted to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office in mid-June 2025📅 for❌ 10 additional CSAM files from a ❌different Kik account to the same IP address. 👨‍💻This Kik user, who law enforcement also alleges is Hamilton, stated:

“My collection got nuked so rebuilding, in lurk mode currently.”⁉️ Hamilton also said he was looking for “petite teen” content.⁉️

📅 In August 2025, officials conducted a search of Hamilton’s home🔎. During an interview with Hamilton, he reportedly said he used Kik as a platform to “mess with scammers” but did not have an active account.

Hamilton reportedly said he had seen ❌child porn in some of the public groups on Kik, but he would report the images when he saw them.
“Yes, there is content on there that is not good, but I did not share or upload,” Hamilton reportedly told law enforcement.

When asked about his comments about sharing content involving teens, Hamilton reportedly said he meant content involving 18-year-olds, comparing it to OnlyFans content. He emphasized that he was not “talking young,” but was searching for “young women on porn sites.”

When Hamilton was shown sanitized photos of the content, he acknowledged that he had seen one of the photos, featuring a teen who seemed to be between the ages of 16-18. While he admitted to owning the Kik accounts, he denied that he shared CSAM.

Hamilton’s initial hearing ⚖ was conducted in Johnson County court on Thursday afternoon.

🚨Miami County man found with 52,618 files of child porn

🚨 A Miami County man was arrested after he was found with ❌thousands of files of ❌child sex abuse images.❗

🚨Ted Mcbride was charged with ❌10 counts of Possession of Child Pornography of a child ❌under 12 years old.

🚨Eight of those charges against 73-year-old Ted Everett McBride are level 5 felonies, according to court documents, while the remaining two are level 6.

🚨The Indiana State Police received a Cyber Tipline report from Microsoft that showed an IP address allegedly downloaded three images of child sex abuse material (CSAM) while using the company’s ❌“BingImage” service, per court documents.

Authorities ultimately issued a subpoena⚖ for that IP address, and investigators say it was identified as belonging to McBride.👨‍💻

On April 25, 2024,📅 a Cyber Tip was reported that on Oct. 30, 2023,📅 multiple ❌CSAM pictures were allegedly downloaded from Mcbride’s device.

🚨In June, investigators obtained a search warrant 🔎for McBride’s Roann, Indiana residence, where they reportedly seized❌ several devices they believe were pertinent to the case.

🚨According to court documents, investigators found 52,618 files on his laptop that were flagged CSAM.❗

Mcbride reportedly admitted to viewing ❌children as young as 5 years old. Authorities👨‍💻 found images of ❌toddlers they believed to be as young as ❌one year old.

The oldest traceable files were dates from May of 2022. Charges were filed in December of 2025.

🚨This is an active ongoing investigation. ⚖

🚨Allen's appeal attorneys argue there are 3 major issues with the case:

1. They contend the search of Allen's home was unconstitutional and the evidence seized should not be allowed in court.

🚨On October 8, 2025 📅 a report was made to the Kokomo Police Department in reference to an adult male soliciting a juvenile female over the internet.

🚨After the initial report was made, it was transferred to the Kokomo Police Department Criminal Investigation Section, Digital Crimes Unit, and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force for further investigation.

🚨During the investigation, investigators were able to identify the adult male suspect as 🚨20-year-old Cole Farthing of Mayfield, Kentucky.

👮‍♂️ Since Mr. Farthing resides out of state, investigators requested assistance from the Kentucky State Police.

As a continuation of this investigation, a search warrant🔎 was executed at Mr. Farthing’s residence in Mayfield, Kentucky on December 11th, 2025 by the Kentucky State Police.

🚨As a result, Mr. Farthing was arrested ⛓by the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch and charged with two counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance ❌under 12 years old (Class-B felonies punishable by ten to twenty years in prison in Kentucky) and ❌six counts of procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means (Class-C felonies punishable by five to ten years in prison in Kentucky).

🚨Today is the 39th anniversary of the murder of 11 year-old, Brandi Peltz. Brandi was murdered in her rural home on Old US 31, two miles south of Argos, IN on December 11, 1986. 📅

Brandie, who stayed home sick from school, was found in the bathtub. She had been sexually assaulted and the home set on fire to cover the crime.

The Indiana State Police continue to investigate this horrific crime and request anyone with information to contact 👮‍♂️Detective Arthur Smith with the Indiana State Police Cold Case Unit.
