🚨An Arkansas man is wanted❗️ in Indiana for allegedly ❌️buying videos from an Indianapolis woman of her ❌️raping her 2-year-old daughter.

🚨As you might remember, 🚨19-year-old Haylee Schmidt was charged last month with ❌️six felonies:
✔️two counts of rape,
✔️two counts of child molestation and
✔️two counts of child exploitation.

🚨Court docs say an❌️ Instagram user requested videos involving Schmidt and her daughter. Schmidt allegedly requested payment through Venmo before sending videos.

🚨🚨Now, police have identified that user.

🚨Tyler Hutcheson, 22, of Arkansas, is charged in Marion County with:
- Two counts of child molesting, Level 1 felonies
- Two counts of rape, Level 3 felonies
- Two counts of child exploitation, Level 4 felonies

🚨Below is a recent mugshot from the Boone County, Arkansas jail. As of this post, he has yet to be extradited.

Schmidt remains in jail with a hearing set for next month.

🚨 Anderson man charged for alleged molestation and trafficking of 12-year-old

🚨A 19-year-old man faces charges of ❌️child molestation and promoting ❌️child sex trafficking after a 12-year-old reported that he allegedly raped her.

🚨A 19-year-old Anderson man is now charged after allegedly molesting a 12-year-old girl and promoting child sex trafficking. 

🚨According to court documents, on May 26, 2026, 📅 a young girl in an Anderson school reporte🗣 that she had been ❌️raped to the assistant principle. She said that a male subject, who identified himself as🚨 "Joshua Zeuss," raped her. 

🚨The next day, May 27, a detective was assigned the case and discovered that there were forensic kids' interviews scheduled for more victims. ❗️

🚨One girl said that she knew "Joshua" and that she met Joshua ❌️through a friend who met him on ❌️Snapchat. She stated that she talked to Joshua in person, on ❌️FaceTime and over the phone and that he was "weird." 

🚨The girl continued that Joshua allegedly told them that ❌️he was 14 and went to Anderson High School. Court documents note that❌️ no "Joshua Zeuss" was found in records. 

🚨The girl said Joshua allegedly sent pictures of his genitals and videos of him through Snapchat. She explained that Joshua would also ask for pictures, which she sent because he was begging her. 

🚨The detective then interviewed the 12-year-old victim, who said that she asked ❌️Joshua to meet up and they did. The pre-teen said that Joshua kept trying to "get in her pants" but she kept pulling away. 

She said eventually she just "gave up." 

🚨The 12-year-old said that she met Joshua on Snapchat a year prior, and that she told him her age. She says he told her that❌️ he was 14 but she believed he was ❌️15 or 16. 

🚨The girl said the first time they met was with her friend at an abandon building. She said during the meet up Joshua took her into a closet and grabbed her but stopped when her friend opened the door. 

🚨In another instance of them meeting, the girl said Joshua was looking for a private place to have sex. The 12-year-old said that he took her to an ❌️abandon garage and tried to take her pants off, but she refused. 

Court documents say their meetings continued with "Joshua" trying to have sex.

🚨The most recent incident happened May 15, 2026. The girl stated that Joshua persuaded her to❌️ leave her home at around 11:35 p.m. The 12-year-old said that they went to a❌️ park where Joshua allegedly kept trying to have sex and after resisting, she states she gave up. 

🚨The girl stated that he went for "six rounds" and ejaculated in her. She said she finally went home even though he kept asking for more. 

She said she kept in contact with Joshua after the assault. Later detectives found the messages between the 12-year-old and Joshua. 

🚨On May 16, the girl texted that she felt guilty because she was 12 and Joshua allegedly stated that it felt good. 

Later on May 22, Joshua allegedly stated texted "Ngl at first felt guilty about us having sex but come to find out there's nothing wrong with it tbh."

🚨On May 23, Joshua stated, "I just realized today have no regrets."⁉️ Joshua then proceeded to say, "I'd do it again and again and again."

🚨Messages continued on May 31 with Joshua messaging her that he was happy to lose his virginity to someone he "truly loved and cared about." 

🚨Joshua allegedly also apologized to the 12-year-old if she got pregnant but began talking about have a baby together.  The girl responded that she had a negative pregnancy test. Joshua went on to say that he allegedly wanted a relationship and even babies with the 12-year-old.

🚨Upon further investigation, detectives discovered the true identity of "Joshua" as J'von Hopson by tracking his Gmail and Snapchat accounts.

🚨While investigating, detectives found the birthday associated with Hopson's Snapchat account was May 23, 2007, 🚨which would make him 19-years-old, the court documents say. 

Detectives say on July 21, a search🔍 was conducted on Hopson's residence. During the search, detectives say they made contact with Hopson and asked for his Snapchat. Documents say he showed his Snapchat and Hopson was arrested. ⛓️

🚨Detectives then interview Hopson who allegedly denied knowing the young girls at first. However, Hopson later admitted to meeting them on Snapchat. 

Hopson went on to say that the 12-year-old did grind on him, but he never had intercourse. Hopson then told detectives that he was just "trolling" in the messages but later said that his penis may have "accidentally slipped inside." 

Detectives say that Hopson said the biggest thing that he was hung up on was that the 12-year-old said he raped her. 

Detectives went in to say that Hopson said he allegedly thought she was 15, 16 or 17. Later in the interview, detectives say after showing more messages to Hopson he stated it was "just mix of real life and trolling."

At the end of the interview, documents say that Hopson was allegedly crying, stating that he had made a mistake and now his life was over.

Documents say Hopson was arrested and taken to Madison County Jail.

🚨Lafayette man with two prior child pornography convictions booked without bond

🚨Nicholas Taylor Custance, 37, was booked into the Tippecanoe County Jail on Wednesday, July 29.

🚨Jail records list two entries for possession of child pornography, both marked ❌️no bond and associated with the Lafayette Police Department.

🚨Court records show Custance has two previous felony cases involving child exploitation and child pornography.

🚨The available jail entry does not establish whether he is facing newly filed charges or was returned to custody in connection with his existing convictions.⁉️

🚨Custance’s first case was filed in May 2018. 📅 He pleaded guilty to Level 5 felony child exploitation and Level 6 felony possession of child pornography. Two additional possession counts were dismissed under the plea agreement.

In October 2018, 📅 Judge Steven Meyer sentenced Custance to five years in the Indiana Department of Correction on the child-exploitation conviction, with ❌️one year and 182 days ❌️suspended. ⁉️

🚨He also received a concurrent two-year sentence for possession of child pornography and 176 days of ❌️jail credit.⁉️

🚨A petition to revoke his probation was filed in February 2021. 📅 Custance later admitted to the violation, and the court granted the revocation petition in June 2021.📅

🚨While that matter was pending, Custance was charged in a ❌️separate case in March 2021 📅 with one Level 5 felony and two Level 6 felonies for possession of child pornography.

🚨He ultimately pleaded guilty to Level 5 felony possession of child pornography with an ❌️aggravating factor, while the other two charges were ❌️dismissed.⁉️⁉️

🚨He was sentenced in September 2021📅 to ❌️six years in the Indiana Department of Correction, with ❌️two years suspended and❌️ 224 days of jail credit.⁉️

🚨Prosecutors filed another petition to❌️ revoke probation in January 2025.📅 The court granted the petition following an evidentiary hearing and, in July 2025,📅 ordered Custance to serve his previously stayed sentence.

The court docket indicates Custance was housed at 🚨New Castle Correctional Facility⛓️ as recently as January 2026.

🚨At this time, no new criminal case or probable-cause affidavit has been provided showing that the July 29 booking resulted from a separate investigation.

🚨The two no-bond entries may be connected to his prior cases or outstanding court orders.

🚨Elijah Bogard, 26 of Elwood, Indiana has agreed to a ❌️plea deal in Madison County for child sex crimes.

🚨The agreement, if accepted by the judge, would have Bogard ❌️pleading guilty to both felony counts of possession of child sex abuse material.

🚨Prosecutors agreed to put a cap of three years for any sentence, which would be ❌️suspended to probation.❗️❗️

No future hearing date has been set.

🚨Bogard was arrested and charged in February after police reportedly found a ❌️Dropbox account with child sex abuse material.

🚨Some of the files allegedly involved victims as young as❌️ 6 years old.

The account was traced back to Bogard.

🚨Bogard reportedly admitted to using an online AI application to create nude images of several different women close to his family.

🚨When asked if he ever used the platform to create nude images of any❌️ students, Bogard reportedly said yes, admitting to taking a ❌️student's Instagram page and used the AI application to make her appear nude.

He reportedly complained to detectives that the quality of the AI-generated child pornography he created "wasn't high quality enough and appeared too fake."

🚨A ✔️Tennessee man is in federal custody in ✔️Texas as he faces three felony charges for child sex crimes, as authorities search🔍 for more victims.

Jay Combs U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas, announced Wednesday that 32-year-old 🚨Joseph Dalton Bowman of Nashville was arrested in April.

🚨According to court documents filed with the federal court in Sherman, a ❌️14-year-old boy contacted☎️ Frisco PD on April 27 and said he had been in contact with a man online, identified as Bowman, who was in Texas for work.

🚨A Denton County judge issued an arrest warrant for online solicitation of a minor, and Bowman was arrested at Dallas Love Field on April 30 as he was about to return to Tennessee.

🚨A search of Bowman's electronic devices yielded more than❌️ 39,000 images and ❌️5,700 videos of child pornography, investigators said.

🚨Thousands of the images and hundreds of the videos depicted ❌️infants and toddlers.

🚨Investigators were examining 👨‍💻another device that contained another approximately ❌️80,000 images and videos, prosecutors said.

🚨Bowman allegedly made contact with victims both in person and virtually through ❌️Snapchat account
🚨 "snapwithdalton", video calls and other means.

🚨Bowman is charged with coercion and enticement of a minor, production of child pornography and travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct.

🚨On Monday, U.S. District Judge Amos Mazzant ordered that Bowman remain in jail pending trial.

🚨The indictment is based on alleged actions involving one victim, a minor who is referred to as Victim 1.

🚨Former Gregg Township Fire Chief Roger Kemp is facing ✔️additional charges after he allegedly used his position of power to abuse a teenage girl over ten years ago.

🚨Court documents reveal that the victim contacted the Indiana State Police with evidence of alleged crimes that occurred in 2012.📅 The woman reportedly stated that she was❌️ 14 years old when she first met Kemp.

🚨Kemp was married with children around the same age as the victim at that time.

🚨“Him being a fire chief, he always told me, ‘No one will ever believe you because I am in this position of power. I’m an important public official. You’re nobody’,” the woman, identified in the report as 28-year-old Arika Palmer.

🚨The documents state that the suspect had engaged the child in a sexual manner several times before she turned 16, after which he reportedly threw a party due to a "running joke."

🚨"Basically it goes from sexual misconduct with a minor to statutory rape," was the "running joke" in question.

Brown County Prosecutor Ted Adams said he thinks the joke "shows his culpability,".

"It demonstrates that, in my opinion, that’ll be valuable evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he knew exactly what he was doing," Adams said, per the report.

🚨He said although the statute of limitations for most felonies expires after five years, cases involving sexual abuse have certain "saving clauses" that allow for prosecution at later times.

🚨“There’s a lot of subsections. The one I operated under was newly discovered items that were disclosed to law enforcement. Once it was disclosed to us, the Indiana State Police acted upon it, and that would allow us to pursue the actions that took place in 2012," Adams told WXIN.

When speaking on the alleged crimes, Palmer said she feels "completely failed by, especially, the fire department, because that’s supposed to be a safe place that people can go for help."

“And not only is the chief in a relationship with an underage girl, but the people who know about it are also not saying anything to anyone," she added, per the report.

🚨Palmer further stated that she feels the system continues to fail her, as well as the young daughter she shares with Kemp, because he is permitted visits supervised not by a third party, but by family members.

“Kids can’t keep getting hurt. Public officials can’t keep thinking that it’s okay to do this and that they won’t get caught," Palmer said.

🚨Prosecutors first charged the suspect with possession of CSAM in February after the victim led investigators to ❌️USB drives she found, which contained images and video of her.

🚨Kemp was arrested and is facing the following additional charges:

Sexual misconduct with a minor

Vicarious sexual gratification

Child exploitation (multiple counts)

The suspect resigned after he was initially charged, and the new chief said the department has since "undergone complete organizational restructuring," as well as crafted new comprehensive processes for hiring and vetting.

The Gregg Township Fire Department issued the following statement to community members on its official Facebook page:

"The Gregg Township Fire Department wishes to address recent public concerns regarding former member Roger Kemp and to clarify the current status of our organization. Roger Kemp resigned from the Gregg Township Volunteer Fire Department on February 5, 2026. Following his resignation, the former corporation determined it was appropriate to remove him from the organization."

"Since that time, our department has undergone complete organizational restructuring. We are now operating as the Gregg Township Fire Department, a new corporation with new leadership, new members, new policies, new procedures, and newly adopted bylaws. Our department has established a comprehensive hiring and vetting process designed to ensure we maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. We are aware of the recent criminal charges involving Roger Kemp. Because this is an active legal matter, we will not comment on the specifics of the case. 🚨SEX OFFENDER COMMITS SUICIDE BEFORE BEING SENTENCED

🚨A child sexual abuse trial in Cass County came to an unexpected end today after defendant 🚨Mikel Fort died by suicide in Fort Wayne, according to the Cass County Prosecutor’s Office.

Fort was on trial before a jury on charges involving the sexual abuse of a child. Court proceedings were terminated following confirmation of his death.

Many local residents may recognize Fort from his previous role as 🚨Director of Cass County EMS.

His codefendant, 🚨Amanda Sayger, was convicted last year and is currently serving a sentence of more than 200 years in prison.

According to Prosecutor Noah Schafer, while the victim will no longer have to testify a second time, the jury was unable to reach a verdict in Fort’s case before the trial ended.

Back on October 25, 2023, detectives with the Logansport Police Department served arrest warrants in connection with an ongoing investigation of child molest.

Mikel Fort, 38, Logansport, was arrested for child molest, a level 1 felony, and conspiracy to commit child molest, a level 1 felony.

Amanda Sayger, 36, Twelve Mile, was arrested for conspiracy to commit child model, a level 1 felony, promotion of child sexual trafficking, a level 3 felony, and neglect of a dependent, a level 6 felony.

🚨Carmel Police arrest a 38-year-old Monticello Indiana man charged with felony rape, and incest

🚨Clayton Hall, 38, is charged with two counts of ❌️rape, two counts of ❌️incest and two counts of ❌️sexual battery, all felonies, stemming from an incident between him and an 18-year-old at Hall’s apartment earlier this year.

⛓️He was arrested July 22 by the Carmel Police Department.

The victim filed a police report April 1, alleging Hall assaulted them while they were sleeping earlier that day.

During a forensic interview, the victim said Hall had made inappropriate comments and advances toward them in the weeks leading up to the incident. 

🚨Hall made a number of admissions in text messages between him and the victim, according to a probable cause affidavit, including blaming the victim and saying he felt obligated to touch them based on a previous conversation.

“I am not a pedo, everyone will think this now,” Hall said in a text.

🚨Hall is being held in the Hamilton County Jail on a $80,000 bond. A no-contact order was issued against him.

🚨Australian Man Arrested on Felony Charges Following Child Exploitation Investigation

Investigators with the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) and the Wabash County Sheriff’s Office initiated a criminal investigation in June 2026 after receiving a complaint of an individual utilizing an online account to attempt to commit child exploitation on a local child.

The investigation identified Nathaniel Johnston, 28, of Australia, as the account owner. Once his location was confirmed, authorities collaborated with Australian law enforcement to continue the investigation.

🚨On June 24, 2026, Mr. Johnston was arrested by Australian authorities and charged with multiple online child sexual abuse offenses. Multiple electronic devices were seized from his residence and are awaiting forensic examination.

🚨🚨This remains an active and ongoing criminal investigation. There is no further information to release at this time.

ICAC Taskforce Investigators were assisted in this investigation by detectives with the Wabash County Sheriff’s Office and Australian law enforcement members of the Joint Anti-Child Exploitation Team.

The Indiana ICAC is a multiagency task force led by the Indiana State Police that investigates and prosecutes persons who use the internet to sexually exploit or entice children. Each year, Indiana ICAC investigators evaluate thousands of tips, investigate hundreds of cases, and rescue dozens of children from ongoing sexual abuse.
