10-year-old boy coerced while on Roblox, Snapchat into sending inappropriate sexual material

While the investigation is still active, police say they've tracked a suspect all the way to California.

🚨 The Kokomo Police Department is investigating a child solicitation case after a ❌️ 10-year-old boy was allegedly coerced into sending inappropriate videos to people on social media in exchange for currency on the gaming platform ❌️Roblox.

That's according to court documents, which also say the suspect used ❌️Snapchat to contact him.

🚨The Howard County Prosecutor's Office formally charged 🚨Dominique Jose Castrejon, of Moreno Valley, California, with one count of child solicitation.

🚨It all started when Kokomo Police got a call from the child's grandmother, stating she found her grandson had been sending inappropriate photos and videos in exchange for Robux, which is the currency used on the gaming platform Roblox.

🚨Kokomo Police found the videos and photos were sexually explicit in nature, according to court documents.

🚨 During a forensic interview alongside the Indiana Howard County Department of Child Services, the 10-year-old boy stated he has accounts on multiple platforms including YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch and ❌️Zangi, using a❌️ fake birthday to get around some of the age restrictions.

🚨The boy told officers he had been contacted by❌️ strangers to send inappropriate videos on ❌️several of the platforms and that he had been both paid in Robux and, at times, threatened.

🚨In exchange for some of those videos, the boy told police people had paid him in ❌️Robux more than 30 times. He told police that was the only form of currency he had been paid in. 🚨However, one person allegedly told him they'd send him ❌️"V-Bucks," the currency used in ❌️Fortnite, just before the investigation began.

🚨The boy also told police someone from ❌️TikTok asked him to download❌️ Zangi, where ❌️two people then contacted him for inappropriate videos, according to court documents. The boy told police ❌️Zangi functions similarly to ❌️Snapchat where videos disappear, but it is a❌️ more anonymous service, with ❌️random numbers instead of usernames.

🚨The child also told police he had been threatened at times, with people saying they would post the inappropriate photos and videos of him if he did not make more or do what they asked. However, he told officers he did not believe they'd follow through because he had yet to see any of the videos posted.

🚨Additionally, one of the suspects who contacted him allegedly found his phone number and repeatedly texted him, again asking for sexually explicit content.

🚨At one point, the child told police someone sent him a ❌️screenshot of his home address after tracking his location on Snapchat, though he was not at home at the time, according to court documents.

🚨Police took the boy's phone and began investigating, finding Snapchat conversations with one suspect identified in court documents as 🚨Castrejon who had paid the boy with Robux for sexually explicit videos.

🚨 Kokomo Police then got a search warrant🔍 to pull IP addresses and the phone number from the account on Snapchat. According to court documents, police then used the phone number, an email address and IP addresses to track Castrejon through cellphone carriers and internet providers.

🚨Police also used artificial intelligence to analyze photos👨‍💻 they had from Castrejon's account, which found the photos were likely taken in the southern California area.

🚨Kokomo police then worked with a crime analyst to use facial recognition on several selfies posted to the account. According to court documents, the name that crime analysts connected to those selfies matched several other identifying factors found through the account information.

🚨Police said the case is still active, according to court documents, and are now requesting to work with the Internet Crime Against Children Task Force in an area of California.

🚨Man posed as 'crush' to coax sexually explicit videos from 11-year-old girl, cops say

🚨A 27-year-old Griffith man is facing seven felony charges for ❌️rape, child exploitation, and other sex crimes after investigators uncovered hundreds of child sex abuse materials, some of which he appeared to film himself.

🚨Leandro Armando Texcaco, photographed by the Lake County Sheriff's Office, was charged with child sex crimes in May 2026.📅

🚨Griffith Police Officers began to investigate Leandro Armando Tecaxco in February🚨 after an 11-year-old female victim and her mother reported to police authorities that the child sent sexually explicit images of herself to Tecaxco under duress and out of fear that he would harm her family.❗️

🚨The victim told police authorities that she was duped into sending sexually explicit videos to Tecaxco after they had been texting casually for months. She was led to believe that Tecaxco was a classmate⁉️ who had a crush on her, per a probable cause affidavit filed in Lake County Superior Court Sunday

🚨The conversations occurred between Tecaxco and the victim last fall, police said. The court document states that the victim was hesitant to tell her mother out of fear that she would be punished for creating a TikTok account.

👨‍💻Investigators said they were able to recover an iCloud account Tecaxco attempted to delete after the victim and her mother filed a police complaint in February. Investigators found ❌️more than 300 videos related to child sexual abuse, court documents state.

🚨At least two of the videos appeared to be taped by Tecaxco himself, based on details of his hand tattoo and freckle and access to the victim, prosecutors said. Those videos showed him molesting the victim while she was asleep, police allege.❗️

Police authorities arrested Tecaxco on May 22 during a traffic stop. 🚨An additional phone was recovered during the arrest, police said.

🚨Disgraced IMPD Sergeant to Spend Nine Years in Federal Prison for Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material

🚨 Javed Richards, 45, of Indianapolis has been sentenced to nine years in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release, after pleading guilty to distribution of visual depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Richards was ordered to pay $17,000 in restitution, to be divided among five victims and due immediately.

🚨According to court documents, between July and August 2024, Richards used the social media application Kik to trade images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Using the online identity ❌️“Chasepleez” and a VPN to conceal his location,

🚨 Richards engaged in conversations with other users to distribute and receive images and videos depicting the sexual exploitation of children.

🚨 Richards possessed more than 600 files, including ones depicting the sexual abuse of children ❌️under the age of 12, as well as depictions of sexual violence and the abuse of ❌️toddlers.

🚨At the time of the offense, Richards was a Sergeant👮‍♂️ assigned to the Internal Affairs Unit of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), which is responsible for investigating allegations of officer misconduct.

“Richards is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. As a police officer, he swore an oath to protect our community. Instead, he chose to contribute to the revictimization of children and distributed images of horrific child sexual abuse, all while his job was to hold other officers accountable for violating those same oaths,” said Tom Wheeler, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana. “These children had their innocence taken from them, and Richards—a trusted authority figure—preyed on their vulnerability for his own gratification. No badge places anyone above the law, and our office will continue to demonstrate that protecting children is the Justice Department’s highest duty.”

“The exploitation of children is among the most disturbing crimes we investigate, and this sentence clearly shows that no one is above the law. There are serious consequences awaiting those who abuse positions of trust to engage in criminal activity involving child sexual abuse material,” said Timothy J. O'Malley. “The FBI and our law enforcement partners will continue working tirelessly to protect vulnerable victims and pursue offenders wherever they operate, regardless of their profession or position in the community.”

🚨The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigated this case. The sentence was imposed by U.S. District Court Judge Sarah Evans Barker.

U.S. Attorney Wheeler thanked Assistant U.S. Attorney Meredith Wood, who prosecuted this case.

This investigation was conducted by the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, a multiagency task force led by the Indiana State Police that investigates and prosecutes persons who use the internet to sexually exploit or entice children. Each year, Indiana ICAC investigators evaluate thousands of tips, investigate hundreds of cases, and rescue dozens of children

🚨Over 1,300+ CSAM files found on computers at man's Danville home

🚨A man was reportedly found with more than 1,300 files of suspected ❌️child sex abuse material located on ❌️multiple electronic devices in a “man cave” at his Danville home.

🚨According to court documents, 🚨Anthony Ette, a 42-year-old Danville resident, was charged in 🚨Hendricks County with:

13 counts of possession of child sex abuse material, each a Level 5 felony

Two counts of possession of child sex abuse material, each a Level 6 felony

🚨The court documents indicate that an investigation👨‍💻 into Ette began in August 2025📅 in relation to alleged incidents of ❌️stalking, ❌️voyeurism and ❌️invasion of privacy.

🚨As part of that investigation, search warrants🔍 were issued to seize ❌️more than 30 electronic devices from Ette, including computers and digital storage devices, like ❌️memory cards and ❌️external hard drives.

During that search, the documents allege that one of the computers had files of ❌️child sex abuse material on it, including several images of nude juveniles. This led to law enforcement officials also searching the seized devices for CSAM.

🚨Officials said that❌️ 1,378 files of possible CSAM files were found on the devices. The documents said that the devices were set up in a “man cave” area of the home’s garage, including multiple computers and monitors. The documents also state that ❌️sex toys were found in that area.

🚨Investigators said in the documents that they believe that the computers and the electronic devices belonged to Ette “because the area was set up for the interests of… Ette (including) computers, technology, drum set, musical equipment, male sex toys and a sign above a speaker in the corner of the room stated ‘Tony’s Room.'”

Officials also stated that the only named user account on one of the computers was a profile titled “🚨Anthony.”

According to court documents, Ette’s initial hearing was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon in Hendricks County.

#BREAKINGNEWS #DELPHIMURDERS #RICHARDALLEN #APPEAL #ORALARGUMENTS

🚨Oral argument date set in Richard Allen's appeal of Delphi murders conviction

🚨The Court of Appeals of Indiana has granted Richard Allen's attorneys' request for oral arguments in the Delphi murders appeal.

🚨The oral argument is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21 📅at the Supreme Court Courtroom at the Indiana Statehouse.

🚨According to the filing, the ✔️prosecution and ✔️defense will each be allowed⏰️ 30 minutes⏰️ for argument to a panel of three judges.

Allen's attorneys say the jury never got to hear evidence that would have proven his innocence.

The attorneys also responded to the state's brief, which claimed Allen should not be granted an appeal.

Allen's appeal team wrote, "The only way our justice system works is if the jury hears the full truth. Because the jury only heard half the story, Allen was denied a fair trial."

Starting with Allen's arrest, his lawyers raised serious concerns with the investigation and the trial, ultimately appealing to the Indiana Supreme Court over their conflicts with Special Judge Frances Gull.

Those issues feature prominently on the appeal, which was filed Dec. 17.

According to Allen's attorneys, these are the three main issues they have with his trial:

They believe the search of Allen's home was unconstitutional, and the evidence gathered inside should have been inadmissible in court because "law enforcement omitted or altered key facts in the warrant application."

They believe that the confessions Allen made while being held in solitary confinement at a state prison before his trial were "involuntary, the product of unconstitutional detention and inadmissible."

They believe the court denied Allen "his right to a fair trial, to present a complete defense, to explain the scene and impeach the investigation."
