🚨Indiana Man Charged for Coercing Minor to Engage in Self-Harm and Possession of Images of Child Sexual Abuse

🚨NEWARK, N.J. – 🚨An Indiana man was charged with ❌stalking a minor child in the District of New Jersey over the internet and enticing her to ❌harm herself, and ❌possessing images of child sexual abuse, U.S. Attorney Robert Frazer announced.

🚨Billy Joe Holman, a/k/a “William Holman,” 26, of West Lebanon, Indiana, was charged in a two-count complaint with ❌cyber stalking and ❌possession of child pornography.

🚨 He had an initial appearance yesterday, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Scott J. Frankel in federal court in the Northern District of Indiana and was ordered detained.⛓

🚨According to documents filed in this case and statements made in court:
🚨Holman met the minor female victim (“Victim 1”) in or around October 2025 on a social media platform. Holman systematically targeted Victim 1—whom he knew to be ❌12 years old—by grooming, coercing, and otherwise compelling her to carry out his orders.

🚨Holman used coercive control, a pattern of behavior used to dominate another person through manipulation, including the weaponization of affection followed by verbal abuse or threats, to direct Victim 1’s actions. Over the course of approximately a month, Holman coerced Victim 1 to ❌harm herself by, among other things, ❌carving Holman’s initials into her skin and punching herself in the stomach on video and sending that video to Holman.❗

🚨 Holman also demanded Victim 1 to take photographs of herself that constituted images of child sexual abuse materials and sending them to Holman.

The charge of stalking carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison, and possession of child pornography carries a statutory maximum penalty of 10 years in prison. Holman is also facing a fine of up to $250,000.

🚨U.S. Attorney Frazer credited the Newark and Indianapolis Joint Terrorism Task Forces of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge Stefanie Roddy in Newark, New Jersey, and Special Agent in Charge Timothy O’Malley in ✔Indianapolis, Indiana, the Morris County Sheriff’s Office, under the direction of Sheriff James M. Gannon, and the Dover Police Department, under the direction of Chief Jonathan Delaney, with the investigation leading to the charge.

🚨 He also thanked the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Indiana, under the direction of United States Attorney Adam L. Mildred.

🚨A Pendleton man was charged after he allegedly invited young girls to his home and attacked them.❗

🚨Matson Hosier, 21, was ⛓ charged with the following:

Strangulation, a Level 6 Felony

Sexual Battery, a Level 6 Felony

Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury, a Class A Misdemeanor

Furnishing Alcohol to a minor, a Class B Misdemeanor

🚨Officers with the Pendleton Police Department were dispatched at 2:25 a.m. on March 14, to 231 E State St., in Pendleton on a report from a juvenile complainant who said a drunk man battered her and her friends.

🚨Upon arrival to the scene, officers spoke with Hosier who said that he had multiple juvenile girls over to his residence.

🚨The officer later spoke with the victims who said that Hosier allegedly provided them with❌ alcohol,❌ sexually attacked them, as well as ❌choked and❌ bit at least one of the victims, according to court documents.❗

🚨The victims had previously began conversing with the suspect on❌ Snapchat after Hosier reportedly added them.

Hosier was transported to the Madison County Jail.👮‍♂️

🚨Noblesville police arrest two men after targeted online predator investigation👨‍💻

🚨The Noblesville Police Department has arrested two Hamilton County men after carrying out a targeted online predator investigation designed to identify and apprehend individuals seeking to exploit minors.

🚨From March 23 through March 27, specially trained detectives posed as Noblesville juveniles between the age of 13-15 in online applications and websites. The

🚨 NPD stated numerous individuals communicated with the detectives even after being informed repeatedly they were interacting with someone underage.

🚨Tyler Marcum, 26, of Noblesville was arrested and charged with child solicitation and attempted sexual misconduct with a minor.

🚨 Gregory Carter, 40, of Carmel, was charged with child solicitation, attempted sexual misconduct with a minor and three counts of neglect of a dependent. Both men are in the Hamilton County Jail with no bond set.

🚨According to the release, the two men were allegedly arranging meetings, and their actions demonstrated intent to engage in unlawful sexual activity with the perceived minor.

“The efforts during this investigation by the Noblesville Police Department, along with vital assistance of the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, are a clear indication that we are actively pursuing those who attempt to lure and prey on children,” stated NPD Chief Brad Arnold. “Let this be a warning that we will be relentless in identifying and arresting child predators so that they cannot harm those that are most vulnerable.

🚨Zionsville man accused of child sex crimes involving 12-year-old

🚨A Zionsville man has been accused of multiple child sex crimes after a 12-year-old came forward to a counselor and stated she was sexually abused by him.❗

According to court documents, 🚨41-year-old John Roberts was charged in Boone County with:

Two counts of rape, each a Level 3 felony

Two counts of child exploitation, each a Level 5 felony

One count of possession of child sex abuse material, a Level 5 felony

One count of child exploitation, a Level 5 felony

One count of child seduction, a Level 5 felony

Two counts of possession of child sex abuse material, each a Level 6 felony

One count of voyeurism, a Level 6 felony

Three counts of child seduction, each a Level 6 felony

One count of sexual battery, a Level 6 felony

One count of neglect of a dependent, a Level 6 felony

One count of obstruction of justice, a Level 6 felony

🚨Monday, a school resource officer in Zionsville was advised that a 12-year-old had told 🗣a counselor she had been ❌sexually abused by Roberts on multiple occasions since April 2022.📅

🚨 This included instances at Roberts’ Zionsville home in the 9000 block of East 600 South, a location where a home-run ❌daycare is also run.❗

🚨In an interview with law enforcement, the 12-year-old said that Roberts would provide the 12-year-old with presents and would “keep secrets or hide things from (the minor’s) mother” in exchange for “time” and “favors.”

🚨The minor) said that (Roberts) would keep track of the ‘favors’ she owed him and he would have her cash them in,” the documents said.

🚨The favors allegedly included conduct like Roberts touching the minor inappropriately, forcing the minor to perform sexual acts on Roberts and documenting footage when the minor would do jumping jacks topless, the documents said.

🚨In an initial interview with Roberts, he reportedly denied to law enforcement that he had engaged in sexual conduct with the minor.

🚨 However, he told law enforcement that he had a video of the minor running ❌topless on his phone, a video which he claimed he deleted.

🚨In a search of Roberts’ cell phone, the documents said that officers found a conversation between Roberts and another person from Monday, where Roberts stated that he swore “on (his) life” that he had never touched the minor.

🚨“I’ve never done anything to her. Ever!” Roberts reportedly said in the text, “Why is she saying this? I won’t be able to stay here with her at all alone ever again…”⁉️

🚨The documents said that police claim the texts were sent prior to him being advised of the allegations against him.

🚨Later on Monday, law enforcement seized 🔎❌multiple electronic devices from the home where multiple images of ❌child sex abuse material were found that were believed to be of the minor.

🚨 This included alleged images of the minor getting out of the ❌shower.

🚨The documents claim that the user, whom police said was Roberts, may have attempted to delete some of the photos.

In an additional interview with Roberts, he reportedly told police that the first sexual contact between the minor and him was within the last year.⁉️

🚨According to court documents, Roberts’ initial hearing is scheduled for Friday morning in Boone County court.

🚨Indiana Attorney General states Richard Allen’s trial was fair Delphi murders conviction should stand

🚨Indiana’s attorney general and two deputy attorneys general on Wednesday filed a formal response to the appeal of Richard Allen calling for his conviction to be upheld.

🚨The state’s filing says that Allen’s trial was fair, as evidence was properly submitted and his confessions were voluntary.

Richard Allen's attorneys did not file an appeal until December 2025 which focused on 3 main points:

1️⃣The search of Allen’s home was unconstitutional and the resulting evidence inadmissible because law enforcement omitted or altered key facts when applying for a warrant.

2️⃣The statements Allen made while “gravely disabled” during solitary confinement were involuntary, the product of unconstitutional detention, and inadmissible.

3️⃣The trial court denied Allen his right to a fair trial, prevented his attorneys from presenting a complete defense.

🚨The state attorney general and deputy attorneys general’s filing addressed Allen’s key points, claiming that the search of his home was legal and the confessions were not forced out of him.

Allen’s confessions were a point of contention during the trial, as the defense argued that Allen was forced into a distressing jail environment and held in solitary confinement longer than state recommendations, which impacted his mental health.

🚨The state’s filing says Allen’s confessions were not coerced, as he made multiple confessions to family, jail staff, and his psychologist. The confessions were also made before, during, and after his psychosis.

🚨They also debate the claim of Allen’s attorneys that the judge made incorrect evidence rulings, noting that the theories of alternative suspects and the “ritual killing” were “too speculative” and “unsupported.”

🚨The state’s filing says even if the rulings made on these pieces of evidence were made in error, it wouldn’t matter because “the evidence of guilt is overwhelming.”

🚨The Court of Appeals of Indiana will now review the case to determine if the trial court’s evidentiary rulings and Allen’s sentence should be affirmed.

🚨Borne was booked on ❌40 counts of child pornography (possession of CSAM) and one count of possessing/importing a ❌child sex doll.

The arrest took place in late February 2026 📅 during a routine ✔probation compliance check, 👮‍♂️where officers discovered 🔎a ❌child-sized sex doll in his bedroom.❗

🚨According to arrest documents, on Feb. 25,📅 probation and parole officers👮‍♂️ discovered a child-sized sex doll while conducting a compliance check on 30-year-old Jamie Borne on St. Andrew Street in New Orleans. 

🚨Officers said Borne admitted to purchasing the child sex doll as well as to possessing child pornography on several devices. 

🚨Borne, who is on ❌probation for aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon and illegal discharge of weapons, allegedly told 🗣 officers that 🚨he was a programmer for Roblox,⁉️ a platform in which users can create and play different games and chat with each other.

🚨Attorney General Liz Murill
said that ❌every week, the Attorney General's Office is ❌arresting predators from the ❌Roblox platform who are ❌grooming and ❌sexually exploiting children.❗

🚨A Roblox company spokesperson stated, "The individual is not, and has never been, a Roblox employee."

🚨The company ✔confirmed he was an independent user who ❌made games on the platform, and they have since ❌banned his accounts and ❌deactivated his ❌experiences.

🚨Borne is held on a bond exceeding $2 million.❗

🚨This incident occurred amid heightened legal ⚖pressure on Roblox, including a lawsuit filed by the Louisiana Attorney General in August 2025 📅 alleging the platform ❌fails to protect children.

🚨The Louisiana Attorney General, Liz Murrill, noted that her office is investigating 👨‍💻and arresting ⛓multiple ❌predators who use the platform to❌ target children.❗

🚨Another recent but unrelated arrest i⛓n February 2026 📅 involved an ❌Alabama man accused of❌ targeting a teenage girl on❌ Roblox and encouraging her to commit suicide.❗

🚨11 suspects arrested in Shelby County sting of child-sex offenders

🚨A three-day sting operation in Shelbyville resulted in 11 arrests⛓ and the🚨 rescue of an infant from ❌sexual abuse.❗

🚨The investigation in March targeted👨‍💻 offenders attempting to exploit children online.

🚨According to Shelby County Prosecutor Brad Landwerlen, the operation was a collaborative effort involving 75 officers 👮‍♂️ with some undercover officers who posed as minors while chatting with the suspects online 👨‍💻and 21 local, state, and federal agencies.

🚨The suspects’ ages range from 25 to 73.

🚨Most of the suspects traveled to Shelbyville with the expectation of engaging in sexual activity.

One suspect was arrested after traveling to the area with the intent to trade methamphetamine for sexual favors with an adult.

🚨Despite the success of the operation, Landwerlen thinks it just scraped the surface. ❗

🚨He says many more predators are online. “Think about how many of those conversations and meetings took place that we were❌ not a part of. It’s scary.

🚨 You never know who is out there, and obviously, there have been several cases where children meet somebody, and it turns out really bad.”

🚨During the sting, officers also🔎 identified and rescued a baby from ❌sexual abuse. Landwerlen said the child was receiving care.

🚨A news release said the sting was the first large-scale investigation for the Shelby County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force,👨‍💻 setting a record for the most arrests⛓ in such a sting, surpassing the previous record of eight.

🚨Several of the suspects had prior histories involving ❌child-sex crimes.

🚨The suspects included an Indianapolis-based securities law attorney and an undocumented immigrant. Police said attorney 🚨James Klimek, who practices securities law and served as a former chief counsel to the Indiana Securities Commissioner, sent explicit photos to a girl he believed was 15 years old and enticed her to meet him.❗

“There is nothing about a given profession that makes you immune from entering this area,” Landwerlen said.

Ten of the arrests⛓ happened within Shelbyville, while one suspect was apprehended in Clinton County.

🚨The recent disappearance and death of Hailey Buzbee in Fishers has spotlighted online child predators.

🚨Landwerlen urged parents to be vigilant. “Parents need to look at their children’s online chat activities. There are so many times that could have prevented negative outcomes.”
