Snapshots from JAPAN! 🇯🇵

We just got home from an incredible trip to one of the top countries on our bucket list. And it was truly a dream! 😍 (We already have many ideas for future trips back!)

Throughout our 3 weeks in Japan we explored the lively streets, beautiful temples and shrines, and fun attractions in some of its major cities. As well as got a bit more off the main tourist path by renting the CUTEST mini camper van and exploring the Japanese Alps, the coast, waterfalls, and small villages.

Plus, we stayed in a traditional Japanese Inn with a private hot spring, ate LOTS of Japanese foods (including many konbini runs!), and one of us even got to try sumo wrestling! 👀

Since we filmed nonstop for 3 weeks and are currently recovering from jet lag, there’s NO new video today. But we can’t wait to kickoff our Japan series next Sunday! 🎉

We are currently wrapping up an amazing trip to SLOVENIA 🇸🇮 (Shoutout to the many of you who guessed correctly)! Over the last two weeks we have visited the coast, explored caves, swam in the famous Lake Bled, tried local foods, and hiked in the mountains. All while road tripping in a camper van! 🚐


We can't wait to share this beautiful country with you. 😍 Our first video of this 3 part series will release next Sunday, September 14!

🚨 No new video today!

As you hopefully saw, our last video was a LONG one (our longest ever!) and over the last few weeks we have been driving many, many miles to check out some new areas and filming two more big videos along the way!

So in order to have time to film, edit, handle the many daily life tasks and logistics, and enjoy our summer, we will be doing some larger gaps between our next couple videos. Our next two videos will release on June 22 and July 13. After that, we will resume our normal release schedule of every two weeks.

If you missed it, we launched a pre-sale for our first ever A+K shirts back in March. And we were blown away by the response to them!

No new video this week! We are about to embark on a 500 mile bike ride across Iowa (our 50th state! 🥳) for RAGBRAI with our friends ‪@SchoandJo‬! 🚴🏻‍♀️ Wish us luck! And if you happen to also be at RAGBRAI, keep your eyes peeled for two non-cyclists struggling through the ride. We’d love to run into you (hopefully not literally 😜) and say hi!

And if you’re confused how we went from getting to Canada to being in Iowa, stay tuned for a future video where we explain everything. Our videos are currently a few weeks behind real time and we have a lot to share from Canada first! 😃

🚨 No new video this week! We’re all good over here (in case anyone starts to worry), but we have had a crazy few weeks of filming, driving, tech issues (RIP laptop screen 😭), and editing and we are struggling big time to keep up. And this next video is going to be a long one!

HOLY COW, we hit 100k subscribers on YouTube! 😱🎉 A HUGE thank you to everyone for following along…it is because of YOU that we get to do what we do and we couldn’t be more grateful for your support! We have a lot more to say about reaching this milestone and plan to film a video in the next week or so with some thoughts, plus a Q&A!
