My mission is to help you grow your career, especially in the world of data analysis. Switching careers to become a data analyst from a non-tech background was overwhelming. I made a lot of mistakes and wasted time trying to figure it out. But having been a manager of data analytics and now a senior business intelligence engineer in tech (FAANG), I've learned a lot and I'm excited to use my experiences to help you navigate your career path. The candidate who can communicate their value get the job.
This is true as:
1. The interviewer can't read your mind
2. Top candidates use CARL to communicate their value
CARL Framework:
Context - set the stage for your response
Action - what did you do?
Result - what were the outcomes?
Learning - what did you learn?
Context - I analyzed an exam scores dataset to identify factors impacting student performance
Action - I cleaned the data and performed descriptive analysis to explore relationships between variables
Result - The analysis revealed a strong correlation between attendance records and student performance
Learning - I have deepened my understanding of statistical analysis

Starting a YouTube channel was always just an idea I never had the courage to do. I didn’t think I was interesting enough, not an expert at anything, and too nervous for public speaking. But three months ago, I felt really unmotivated and decided to make a change. Even though I was completely outside my comfort zone, I enrolled in a YouTube course, practiced speaking in front of a camera, and spent hours learning video editing. After spending all my mornings, nights, and weekends to script, film, and edit, I have 1,000 subscribers whom I’ve impacted positively and it makes it all worth it. Thank you to all those who subscribed and I hope reading this inspires you to get uncomfortable and make the change you want in life.
