Moved today's stream till tomorrow. Went to the hospital to see a surgeon about my gallbladder. Good news: We will not be removing it... Bad news: it'll take a while before my stomach gets back to normal again.
For the unfortunately curious: Essentially, because I got the flu just after Christmas and essentially didn't eat anything for four days, no new gall was created. Thus: gall bladder empty, except for the stones. When I started eating again, one of the stones moved. It blocked the flow - but not fully, or I'd have been doubled over in unimaginable amounts of pain... instead, I felt nothing. After a hospital visit and blood tests, It eventually dislodged(? got pushed out? no idea how it happened). Blood tests showed signs of possible gallstones, so off I went for an ultrasounds where they confirmed gallstones. The stones I have are relatively small (they said the biggest is about 1cm)... and since I have only had a single attack in my entire life, and it wasn't a painful attack, they're not going to do anything about it. I've been referred back to my local doctor for possible medication... and if something happens again, I should just call the ER.
Sorry about the abrupt end to the stream today. my ISP (I think) decided to crap out... except, as you can see... I'm still able to access the rest of the internet just fine. just can't stream for some reason... and I also can't access my ISP's website. oh well.. I'll stream again tomorrow, assuming any tech-issues are fixed.
