Hi, my name is Ruth, in the year 2014, I decided to take my walk with God seriously. It was my darkest hour that lead me to my SAVIOUR! I pray that this channel will be a blessing to you and that it will encourage you.
My aim, my desire...

Would that there were many more like this woman of Israel, who would soothe the irritated feelings, prevent rash impulses, and quell great evils by words of calm and well-directed wisdom."

God is so good!
This morning before seeing this 👇🏿 I prayed this verse, as it came to my mind, and ended up using this verse as a thanksgiving:
*I have been young and now old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken nor his seed begging for bread*
Then after I prayed I turned over the sheet for today and it was one of the verses I used in my prayer. Gods promises NEVER fail ❤️!

Faith ✨
I read the above quote in book I am currently reading called; Live Like Elijah, and it reminded me of the verses in Romans 4:29-22, of Abraham being a father of faith:
And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.

Morning by morning…
I’ve started reading a book called Live Like Elijah, and the author shares how, over the last eight years, he has asked God to wake him up in the morning to spend quality time with Him — and God has been faithful! No matter the time zone, God wakes him up morning by morning to have unrushed time with Him.
“The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.” — Isaiah 50:4 (KJV)
