I never underestimate the intelligence of my Nu Yawk subscribers. Nu Yawker Larry J responded on my YouTube channel that The old Ripley's Believe It Or Not should become the new Irish Pub. (See the post below.) Now I know we are all tired of the Irish Pub jokes, but this is something to consider. Great location, just yards from the original, and less than $3 million. Irish Pub owner Cathy Burke has very deep pockets (bless her heart for all of her philanthropy work), and she certainly doesn't need the headaches of an old hotel. The place is already built to display all of her collections around the current old pub and the ground floor could house the pub and more! What are your thoughts?
