Been playing a lot of Tears of the Kingdom recently, and I found out about the Linked Universe more, I headcannon Wild (and later by extend Tears) to be the feral gremlin of the group, like yah he's a skilled knight and shit, but this guy had at least a few screws loose from all the trauma he has endured.

On the left is Link from Tears of the Kingdom timeliness, Zelda is still missing but he has all the memories and 90% of his own memories from before the calamity. Also Tears Link sometimes gets flashes of memories from his own past and alternate lives which really messes with him, his sense of self, and his perception of reality.

On the right is Breath of the Wild Link. He hasn't regained enough of his memories to be fully traumatized yet and still has that youthful curiosity and innocence.


Both can and will commit war crimes if they deem it needed for the grater good, and Tears is just a little extra fucked up in the head.
