Almir teaches and advises on Islamic finance, economy, and management. He is the founder of Muslim Money Matters and serves as an adviser to several Islamic finance institutions. Additionally, he is a member of a working group at AAOIFI. Before this, Almir worked as a consultant lecturer for the Master of Islamic Banking and Finance Course at La Trobe University. Interesting fact: He was born in Bosnia/Sarajevo, and enjoys reading, travelling, learning about history, and trying new food.
