Dany Acosta Official
Dany Acosta struggled for years through challenges and homelessness until God saved his life. Three years after he received God in his life, God gave him perseverance through a traumatic life experience. In 2014, he was diagnosed with chronic kidney failure, completely lost his sight, experienced a stroke and two seizures, was given three months to live, and had both his eyes removed. Despite all this, he graduated from North Shore Community College with a 3.94 GPA and from Salem State University with a 3.91 GPA, where he did commencement speech for both graduations.
On September 29, 2019 after five and a half long years, God blessed Dany with a kidney transplant thanks to Cyrus Lavers.
Today Dany is a published speaker, author, mentor and interpreter.
He also advocates for immigrants and those with disabilities.
Through this channel he hopes to motivate you to:
Walk by faith and not by sight.

Weekly Update!
1, I want to start this “Weekly Update” as a way of keeping me accountable to all my readers and for you all to know what’s coming up!
2, I am currently working on writing two new books and am debating whether or not I should combine them. but incase I don’t, here is my progress:
Book 1 at 15% (Poetry)
I’m aiming for ten poems and I just finished the second poem today!
Book 2 at 50% (novelette)
I’m at 5,000 and am aiming for 10,000 words!
Any preferences on what I should focus on more?
This does not include revising, rewriting, and all the post-writing craziness
3, Now that I have a Master’s in Social Work (MSW), I am working on getting a new job!
I’m looking at a couple positions in Lynn and Danvers 😊
