Lunch: Organic blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, raisins and a blend of walnut and cashew butter.

Dinner: sautéed cabbage and kale, mushroom and onions, black/ wild rice, romaine lettuce boats topped with walnut chili and cashew cheese.
