I'm Mark Lincoln, a motorcyclist in the scenic and rugged South Island of New Zealand. This channel's all about combining motorcycles and getting into the outdoors.
I'm a professional automotive marketer during the 9 to 5 and amateur parent the rest of the time, but enjoy getting out on my Royal Enfield Scram 411 when I can.
The New Zealand scenery near where I live never fails to take my breath away, so this is all about sharing some of that with you.
I also post a few vids on things I've learnt about riding motorbikes, a few gear highlights, and other bike related content along the way.

I visited Tracktion Motorcycles recently to check out their new premises in Christchurch. Wow, what an awesome store. Huge space, heaps of stock, friendly and helpful team. And I managed to finally find a new jacket after doing heaps of research, bookmarking websites and waiting for the perfect deal.
This @REVITsport Horizon 2 isn't the latest version of the Horizon range on the market, but I love it. So comfortable and practical. It feels heavy to hold in your hands but the weight disappears when you put it on. It's a great addition to my Rev'it! Eclipse 2 mesh jacket which I'll use again for shorter trips when the weather warms up.
Goes well with my Rev'it! Dean SF motorcycle pants on tracks like this. All very protective and warm - the edges of that stream behind me were ice.

Those autumn scrambler vibes.
It doesn't feel quite right calling this a scrambler when you look at the other amazing scrambler accounts. Maybe it's more of a baby scrambler... but then that sounds a little disturbing... 😬
As it stands, the Royal Enfield Himalayan Scram 411 is everything I need right now for exploring the back roads while gaining riding skills and experience. It's learner approved, simple to maintain, nimble, and light enough to pick up when the need arises!

After battling with earbuds, I've just picked up the Earpeace Moto Pro earplugs from Motomox in Kaiapoi. I've only tried them on briefly, but they were amazingly comfortable and I can see that they won't get dislodged when I put my helmet on. I hope to get out on the bike soon so I can put them to the test.
